Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed in such a way that it focuses on research and development. Specific to every course are the key topics which are covered in the course duration and make them fully aware of the subject they study.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement cell of the college is really good. Almost 60% of the students get placed every year. Companies like ICICI, HDFC, pharma companies have also selected students to be project managers. The average salary ranged around Rs 3 Lakh.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The first year fees for the B.sc course is Rs 2366 which is quite flexible if we see it in terms of other medical colleges. The facilities that are provided is at par with the fee structure and those who want to save money for higher studies should consider it.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activites take place in terms of sports. There are both indoor and outdoor games as well an open gym for the students to be fit and take out time for themselves. There is a general harmony between the students.

Admission

The admission to this college is based on the merit of the marks secured in the qualifying examinations. The students can gather admission form online from the college website. There should be a minimum percentage if marks secured to be eligible for admission.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is really helpful and supportive. Some exceptions are always there. While some are strict, others are lenient in their deadlines and submissions. The non teaching staff is also very kind.

A Well-Rounded B.Tech Journey with Good Infrastructure, Supportive Faculty, and Growing Career Opportunities

Likes

Faculty members are generally qualified and approachable, and students can seek help with academics and projects.
students should supplement the university curriculum with industry certifications, coding practice, internships, GitHub projects and real-world development work.
There are cultural events, technical activities, clubs, sports and other extracurricular activities. Hostel students can participate fairly actively in campus events.

Dislikes

The main improvement I'd look for would be more advanced, industry-standard laboratory equipment and greater practical exposure.
I couldn't find a reliable current official university figure for the overall girls-to-boys ratio.
The ratio can also differ substantially between CSE, other engineering branches and the university as a whole.

Placement Experience:

Haridwar University provides regular campus-placement opportunities across IT, core engineering and other sectors. The university reports strong overall placement activity, but programme-wise salary and placement data are limited publicly, so students should ask for CSE-specific statistics before admission.

Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

Likes

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.
