Course Curriculum Overview

Bachelor of technology in information technology is the course which has the duration of 4 years and follows semester. The course structure is good and is updated as per the changes made and the evolution in technology. The days and exams are tiring and hectic respectively.

The institution provides with abundant of opportunities to the students in order to learn and grow. There are internships and job opportunities for the students. The students are priorly trained for the placement program. Various companies recruit the students.

The fee structure of the B. Tech information technology is around 2 lakhs 20 thousand which is feasible as per the demands and popularity of the course among the students. Hence, it will not be wrong to declare that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

The institution is good in its extracurricular activities and they focus on holistic development of the students. There are sports activities both indoors and outdoors. Kathir College of Engineering provides b. Tech information technology to the students who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board with at least 45 percent marks. Then they will have to give the entrance EXAM TNEA and based on their merit, they will be selected.

The salary package is also good which is provided based on the company profile The placement cell supports students in various placement opportunities making all the students get placed while completing the degree After completing my degree, my plan is to start my career in a suitable role related to Human Resources or Finance, gain practical industry experience, and gradually develop my professional skills

College management is very good. few students moments like recent protest (Ambedkar-Periyar study circle) disturbing the students attention. Ministry should allow the management to take decisions for their progress.
