My journey at AKU.

The experience here is absolutely amazing. I am really satisfied by this college as it has good placement opportunities as well as good teachers, who are qualified and supportive. AKU is worth for the money you spent and is one of the best colleges in Bihar.

The course curriculum for BCA in this university is a well researched one, basically job-oriented and completely pratical-oriented. The main objectives of the course is to build a strong base about the advanced computer applications. The labs are quite helpful for further research on the course.

Approximately 70% of the students got placed in BCA from our college. The highest salary offered is more than Rs. 40,000 per month, which ranges from Rs. 14,000-35,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCA, Wipro, Justdial, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank. Students are offered with roles like programmer and developer. In our course, the highest placement salary package offered approximately is 1.2 LPA.

With all the facilities provided by the university for the betterment of their students, the fee structure for this course is very intriguing. It is INR 42,200 annually, which is not expensive for the course curriculum.

AKU provides several scholarships for the students who are in the need of financial help and also on the basis of their academic performances. Some of the scholarships are Max Weber Scholarship, Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarships, INSPIRE Scholarships.

Extracurricular activities are always a part of the academic year at AKU. There's are several sport events held which includes football, basketball, etc. Also, the cultural events are held in a grand fashion. The workshops organised by the university can be very helpful for students which makes it more interesting.

The infrastructure of our college is really good. Wi-Fi facility with high speed connectivity, labs and classrooms are well designed and there are smart classrooms. In our college, the food served is very good, and the hostel facilities are available. There is a canteen as well which provides relatively good food. Our college has a big playground area for several sports and games events.

Getting an admission at AKU is a smooth process. I had fairly good marks in my 12th Board exams. I uploaded my documents online and after that I was called for an entrance exam held by the university. I was granted admission after I cleared the entrance exam.

The Faculty members here are very supportive and well-educated. If you face difficulties in any topic, they are very helpful. They are from very reputed colleges with professional practice, and their teaching quality is good. All students are ready to work in a professional way and are supportive to the faculty members.
