Remarks
I am very happy with Geethanjali Institure Of Science & Technology! I am in the field of Front-end Developing with big dreams of one day landing an awesome career in development. I am a hard working student who has found that my ethic in school is indeed very rewarding. I can not put a price on my education in my own mind, and what makes my school unique is the professors that truly care and have a deep passion for what they teach. There are students who don't care for teachers as well as themselves. They will spoil other bright students as well. I would suggest them to go in the fields which they were interested rather coming to a college without any future plans.
Entrance Preview
I didn't take any exams. I have a deep interest in technology and want to grow my career in it.So i have chosen IT.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is as per JNTU Ananthapur. There will be a lot of training's for students which is related to technology and grooming will be included in their curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
I didn't do any internships over my bachelors so i'm not very sure about that. As far as my knowledge there will be companies who gives internships for students who are interested.
Placement Experience
They had a grooming programs and preparatory sessions where they will teach students about the companies and opportunities outside.There are lot of companies who comes to college and do recruitments.
College Events
We used to have lot of tech events and tech fests. Our management used to encourage students to show their talent on these events. There will be intra and inter level competitions during those fests. Seminars was my favorite.There will be national level symposiums conducted in our college which gives a path to prove their caliber.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is as per the government noms. They will help students who are talented and poor. There will be payment and government quotas. I would say its not expensive when compared to others.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, there will be a scholarship for students who stands first in their academics. I'm not well aware of loan facility. As per my knowledge definitely there will be a loan facility for students who are in need.
Hostel Facilities
I was not in hostel. But few of my friends i know who stays in the hostel. The food was good and there will be room share among girls. There will be an individual hostels for boys and girls. Security is pretty good as far as i know.
Alumni/Alumna
My college has had things such as job fairs and other community activities to ensure that the students and community are getting the best possible help, available. They encourage us to go to activities and job fairs held by the school, ensuring us that they do want us to succeed. I would recommend this college to further students who wants to see their future bright.
Exam Structure
Examination structure is as per JNTU. There will be semester exams and midterms like any other affiliated colleges. Examinations will held strictly.
Faculty
What sets GIST apart is its faculty, individuals who bring theory and practice to life in the classroom. GISTﾒs faculty, many of whom hold doctorates, teach in the classroom and are accomplished academicians, as well as successful in their respective professional fields. They are pretty experienced. I would say our principle was the best.
