Remarks
CU offers us many opportunities in various things. We can apply for abroad studies while at CU, be it for one semester, an year, for half a course or just a summer program. This is one thing. Another is that the fee for BCA is low as compared to other colleges. There is also an amazing cultural diversity at CU which is fairly interesting. Everyone is really friendly and encouraging. If we face any issue, call anyone or mail and your issue is resolved. The teachers are really good at their job and explain really well. No matter how many times we ask to explain again, they never get irritated.
Course Curriculum Overview
After my admission procedure was completed within next 10 minutes I was provided with my ID and password for our university account where all the details are available. The time table that is to be followed, the course details, the list of subjects for the semester, the contents for the course, etc. During the induction various Experts gave us light about the industry and the exposure and the skills and how things work. Some were entrepreneurs, some were CEOs, etc. I'm from the Department of Computing and it is really good. I hope to find out more about others when the physical classes commence.
Placement Experience
I personally don't know but I asked a senior and also saw reviews online. I found out that about 70% of students got placements. Many top companies such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, Amazon etc come to the college. These companies provide a good package and a great future for the students. Many of the students in our department(UIC/BCA) got an internship in different companies.
College Events
The college holds converts and various celebrities visit. All the activities are help on large scale for all the CU students. There are various extracurricular activities available, some of which are mandatory and some are not. Gym is also available at the campus for all that are interested.
Fees and Financial Aid
The entrance exam, CUCET is the scholarship exam. Loan facility is also available and they are very efficient in their work. I have availed the scholarship as well as loan. All you need to is call them and say that you need loan and they will send the documents and details in a little while only.
Campus Life
Our campus has various sports available, various clubs are also there and other activities are also help from time to time. Our campus has full WiFi facility and we are also provided with online library during this pandemic and lock-down. The labs are huge and equipped with all the facilities, equipment and technologies. There is cafeteria and other facilities as well as medical facilities provided by CU to us. The Library is also very amazing and huge. I love the infrastructure of CU.
