Remarks

Pune is the education hub for Maharashtra, Students enjoy their college.life as well as study for the upcoming exams. There is no discrimination against caste, income, hometown you belong to Or nothing like nepotism or partiality for higher class students who belong to rich family etc. In our total fees, they conduct many events for all the students of the campus for free or very low charges. You can get an opportunity to showcase your talent and they genuinely support it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Now our syllabus is newly updated, it follows credit based system for us which was introduced in 2019. All the books are of good quality and of great content published by knowing about the studies of students. It is a medium sized book which any student can read it thoroughly and it does not take efforts like board exams. That means every subject has credit points and those students who score well in semesters, unit tests, prelims, assignments, practical can get a distinction or 10 SGPA.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 18333 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

No Idea As I am a student just promoted to second year in 2020. I have passed my FY B. Com and Placements will be after the completion of third year.

College Events

Our college organizes Sinhgad Carnival, Sinhgad Karandak, where students of the campus and outsiders can participate in dance, singing, drama, mimicry etc. fashion show etc. To showcase their talents.

Campus Life

Our campus is well developed, it is facilitated by Govt. Funding, there are sports events for the students, a common library with different sections of room for different stream of students. Labs are for medical and engineering students.

Hostel Facilities

I stay in a rented room where total rent was 25000 including deposit and monthly rent for 4 persons. 2 rooms, A large sized hall, water and electricity facility, etc. The environment is also cool as it is a hilly area, there is availablity of market, restaurants, sports ground, gym, sports club for college students

Hostel Fee: INR 100 per year

Likes

Good campus, helpful faculty, and learning opportunities.
More practical teaching and better placement support needed.
Friendly campus life with good student interaction.

Dislikes

Need for more practical learning and better placement support.

Placement Experience:

Placements depend on students' skills and performance. Students can improve their employability through internships, projects, and technical skills. I plan to gain experience in the IT industry after my BCA and later explore opportunities in AI development and entrepreneurship.

Literature gave me insights to the history and a different pov on the situations happened Literature sharpens the thought process we can have in real world scenarios which are quite unique tbh. COLLEGE REVIEW OF IBSAR BELAPUR

Likes

The good thing about this college is affordability and how quick the admission process is.
Teachers are friendly too, there is no mandatory attendance rule and the lecs are conducted three days a week for mca students which gives them the freedom to work or switch between lecs and personal things
The feedbacks of students are taken seriously and the staff is changed accordingly. Students can freely talk to faculty about the performance of teachers and quality of education.

Dislikes

There is no campus in this college which limits student activities for events or other things.since the lecs are not conducted daily or as like other colleges , very less class count is there which affects the interactivity as well.
The quality of infrastructure is not quite good as the college is there in two floors of the building only. Campus amenities are average as well. There aren't much opportunities as such in this college like industrial level or any.
If anyone wants to experience and actually college life with the whole campus experience, events , activities or other things ,this college isn't a good fit

Placement Experience:

During the admission the students are told that in semester four , just students are eligible for campus placements and some of the companies come for a placements and even the undergraduate students are placed . The name of the companies that come for the placement include Vector ,HDFC Bank etc but in admission pamplets huge company names are provided like infosys, wipro, etc. the average packages are 300000 -500000 per year. The cgpa of students should be higher than 7. I am planning for an on campus as well as off campus placements.
