Remarks

Infrastructure is the main reason i choose this institute. They have individual computers for the students who study in thier institute. The staffs will be very helping. The college campus will have more trees and it will be a good place to learn new things and have fun also.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus was okay. It is the revised Anna University syllabus 2017. It was quite good. The staffs will be very helping and they provide many industrial visits. The lab faculties are very good. They will help in every situation.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have an experience as an intern in the micro technologies which is located in Chennai.

Placement Experience

During the placement times in the end of the 3rd year. More and more companies will be approaching us.Accenture is the bulk recruiter in our campus.

College Events

The campus will be very clean and full safety for anybody. The have dustbins everywhere and the leaves on the campus road will be very clean and it will be sweeped daily. Every festival will be celebrated very grandly and the students only will be organising everything.

Fees and Financial Aid

First graduate certificate can provide you a good scholarship. They will be paid the least amount of fees.

Campus Life

We have a very big library with air conditioning system. We have separate labs for each year students.We have basketball, tennis, football courts. We have the biggest football ground i think so. They are maintaining with good leveling and growing grass by watering and maintaining it daily.

Hostel Facilities

Yes I'm in hostel and it was the best hostel i have ever seen. The bathrooms are clean, the food will have more variety and the taste will also be very good. The rule is everything is unlimited but it shouldn't be wasted.

Likes

The college staffs are friendly and staffs are also very much involved into extracurricular activities.
The college has well maintained lavatories
The staffs send us internship opportunities

Dislikes

The drinking water facilities are poor and not well utilized
The college dont have active participation or training for sports, but they are focusing more now.
Water stagnates during rain at college premising and has poor bike parking facilities

Placement Experience:

The college brings in mass recruiters during the placement season during 7th semester itself and companies, the avg package would be 4-5 LPA and companies with high pakages also come in for hiring but has huge competition.

the college could improve its pratical learning modern laboratory facilities industry exposure internship oppornities and placement support more interactive teaching methods and better career guidance would benefits students.
the college has knowledgeable and supportive faculty a friendly campus environment good learning facilities and opportunities to participate in events and build friendships the curriculum provides a strong theoretical foundation.
campus life is enjoyable and students generally interact well with each other the girls to boys ration is approximately depending on the course and batch overall the college offers a good learning environment with scope for improvement.

Dislikes

the college needs to improve its laboratory facilities and provide more pratical sessions workshops and hands on learning opportunities to help students gain industry relevant skills.

Placement Experience:

the college provides placement opportunities for eligible students generally starting from the sixth or seventh semester depending on the course and company requirement companies from different sectors visit the campus to recruit students for roles such as trainee software developer analyst and other entry level positions the number of companies visiting offers made and salary packages varies each years.

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

Dislikes

Faculties are not upto mark but they are ok
The infrastructure is not good but yes they are improving
Very bad toilet facilities, campus is not that big

Campus placement is possible here You will get intership from nimhans Bangalore and many great places There is campus placement but Id rather recommend to have other methods coz you will get great package for this course than the place they are placing us.

I applied to Chennai Institute of technology where the fee structure was enormously high. Ehere as the SRM valliammai has good infrastructure and also the fee was reasonable. No, i didn't get rejection from Chennai Institute of technology. But i got impressed when i went for visiting SRM valliammai as one of my college hunt. SRM valliammai offers both government quota and also admission directly to the college. I went through government quota. So to apply SRM on should be completed 12th grade with reasonable percentage. I got into Panimalar Engineering College via Counselling process, but decided not to go as the college was very strict and Underexposed.
