Remarks

I gave CUCET exam and I chose this course because I was very much interested in such courses. The mess can be better as I was quite unhappy with the food served in the hostel mess. But it is a beautiful Campus. Great place indeed!

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Let me clearly tell you they are good. Faculty of University is great and helpful. Everyone is highly experienced and with good quality. They concentrate on practical knowledge along with theory to get you skilled. In every semester open house meeting is made with vice chancellor sir and students where students can directly talk and give feedback about anything.Teacher always helps everyone. You may not like some teacher personally i know because it's a universal truth one cannot like everyone. So you can contact to your faculty for any issues or problems.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 640000 per year

Placement Experience

Great placements. This year only one of our senior got placed in Google. There have been more than 60 MNC's which have recruited Engineering students from Chandigarh University, IITs and NIT's where there have been 40+ MNC's who have commonly recruitred and visited our Campus. The best placemennts of all time.

College Events

Talking about the social life then you are at the right place.Chandigarh University organizes various cultural events say heritage festival, sunburn, university fest inviting prominent guests in almost all the functions.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
