Bennett University, BBA, General

Remarks

I took admission in this university because of its lovely infrastructure. Classrooms, Library, Mess, and Hostel rooms are fully air conditioned. We have wi-fi access to all parts of the university. The university is backed-up by Times India network, one of the biggest networks. Moreover, the faculties are of top-class and are highly educated. Their friendliness and genuineness touched my heart.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is fascinating. The concepts we are taught are in harmony with the current industrial trends. After every two semesters, the university assigns us compulsory internships, in order to test the knowledge gained. The faculties are amazing and their way of teaching creates an ecstatic joy among the students. They are very humble and are always ready to help the student, regardless of what the problem is.

Course Fees: INR 750000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement opportunities are great with decent package. This was the first year of placement for the university. About 98% students of all streams got placed. Companies like Ey, Microsoft, Bata, Byju's, etc were one of the many recruiters. The highest package offered was 44 LPA by Microsoft, and the average package was about 7 LPA. The placement cell is very helpful and they are willing to go to any extent in order to get the students placed with a decent package. The entrepreneurship cell bagged 21 crore rupees as funds through their unique start-up ideas and tactics.

College Events

4.5

The campus life is very lively and engaging. All the festivals are well celebrated and the students in the university are very friendly. The annual sports and cultural fests are hugely celebrated and are sponsored by veteran business companies. Over 25 colleges and universities participate in each of these fests. Besides, the university also hosts hackathons and some gaming tournaments, which are well participated by local colleges and universities.

If you're in lucknow, Look no further.

Likes

The looks of the campus are stunning. Open fields and everything
Events are hosted weekly, allowing everyone to participate and host
Extracurricular activities are well respected

Dislikes

In a secluded area of Lucknow. Hostel recommended

Placement Experience:

Our Placement packages are pretty low online. It's primarily because every course, High tier, Low tier gets an on campus placement. Computer science has a very good placement ratio. People who don't get placements ussually are the ones who didn't even apply. Around id say 80 percent people get placements and my plans are to look off campus.

My Experience at Sanskriti University: Campus Life, Academics and Opportunities

Likes

The course offers a good foundation in computer science and AI, with opportunities to improve technical skills.
Campus life provides opportunities to make friends, interact with classmates, and develop communication skills.

Dislikes

More practical sessions, live projects, and industry-oriented training are needed to improve student skills.
Placement preparation, internship opportunities, and career guidance could be improved for better job prospects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE (AI & ML) because of my interest in artificial intelligence and computer science. The curriculum provides basic technical knowledge for higher studies and career opportunities. More practical sessions, real-world projects, internships, and interactive teaching would improve learning. Internal assessments and semester exams require regular preparation, and difficulty varies by subject.

Bennett University worth or not ???

Other colleges I applied for were -- VIT Velore, SRM University, Manipal University and sat for counseling too. The reason I didn't take admission in these colleges was mostly because of the distance from my home. I wanted a good college near my hometown and Bennett was the perfect candidate. It was close to my home city, provided the course I wanted to take and had a decent average package. The curriculum, fests, infrastructure and in general living conditions here at Bennett University are better than those at other colleges. But the placements and the education quality need improvement. The admission process is pretty simple: just register on the website, then fill out the form. After this, you have to come to the college to complete the registrations, that's it....Read More
