Remarks

Because of good placements;recommendations from relatives, teachers;nice infrastructure;soothing surrounding; gym;tech-fest;extra and co-curricular activities; swimming pool;innovation;great efforts from teachers to students who opt for entrepreneurship;smart labs;smart class

Course Curriculum Overview

For my branch,i would recommend the course curriculum is definitely the best.Faculties are all brilliant and patient.Academics performance is better than ither branches.Ashish tiwary sir from ece branch is probably the most well behaved and a smart, intelligent teacher, subhrajit pradhan sir is the best fit as an hod, radhanath patra sir is the best for entrepreneurship programs, tusharkanta panda sir and ribhu abhusan panda sir for research papers,Gautam gupta sir for project development,Ami parida sir -great depth in ECE field, chips, controllers

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Many established companies as well as start up companies come for placements,TECKAT AND WEBIZY SOLUTIONS started by my seniors with room i was working have a good turn over along with iso certification

College Events

4.5

I am from autonomous batch and at that time there was branch fest, after it was tech fest,it was like fests all the year;we would enjoy different technical,non-technical events;celebrity night is also done and food stalls are organised by students where they get huge cash amount on winning.Other events related to projects, innovation and fashion are also done

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes i have availed tution fees waiver(tfw),pragati scheme is also available as its AICTE affiliated university

Campus Life

Wifi depends on year of students like 1st year get 1 gb per day while 1.5 gb for 2nd year and unlimited for 3&4th year; The vastness of library can be imagined by its 60k books,it also has a book bank;Labs are quite equipped with very expensive equipments; Infrastructure, color of buildings all are so different and beautiful that one can easily identify

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are not so good. I would rate it 2.5 star out of 5.It is not well ventilated and the humidity and climate of gunupur makes it more terrible. But food in the mesh and canteens are quite good.Cleanliness is maintained

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

A pretty good college with scope of improvement

Likes

The campus life is amazing. Our student union is extremely hard-working, and they always come up with some events or other to make your boredom go away
Faculties are very knowledgeable and unlike most colleges, they actually want to teach. The clinical experience is unmatched
Infrastructure is top notch. Single rooms are available from second year, and the hostels are quite well maintained

Dislikes

The curriculum is a bit too strict regarding marks and attendance. A little leniency would have been better
The campus area is a little smaller compared to other AIIMS
Too much administrative red tape causes delay in almost everything, be it installation of new water filters or filling a pothole

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a doctor, and MBBS is the first step to become one, so I choose this course. This course makes you a primary care physician, capable of providing basic healthcare services. And being a bachelor's degree, this is a stepping stone for the future endeavours in medico life. Though I feel there's room for improvement in the flexibility of the course, as there's not much to choose what to study. Exams are once in 2-3 months, and are moderately difficult, except the professional exams, for which you have to put your best efforts

Teaching is very good here , all the teachers are good except a few
Supportive seniors, help with studies n all
You will get a good environment for studies

Dislikes

Well campus isn't as we expected it to be
As always you have to choose your friends wisely
There's not a lot of fests going on yearly as like other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well MBBS is a serving degree, if you are interested in serving the people you can choose this degree. It also needs a lot of patience, here we have classes from 7 AM so its a bit hard to wake up this early & ends at 4 PM which causes more trouble coz u won't get to rest properly, usually we end up being tired & lack of sleep, so I think this schedule can have a bit more change with regards to us children. The exams here are done very frequently, as in the class tests are taken up time to time , sometimes surprise tests are also done so u have to be very updated with what's being studied each cls.The internals are held in every trimester & at the end of the year a product exam is being held which is the important one.

GIET AND IT'S INSIGHTS

I have not applied for any other colleges as I have left with no choice at the end for pursuing Btech and I have not scored good in JEE as I wasn't preparing for opting BTech. So for choosing private colleges in odisha I chose this because the place is remote and it is heard that the climate is very pleasant. The admission process starts at the month of May an amount of 20000 for seat reservation is taken which will be reduced from the final fees i.e. 2,39,000 when you come to the college admission that helds in the month of July inside the campus. The students and parents should come with the credentials required for the admission which are copies and originals of student's adhaar card, 10th and 12th marksheet, Migration certificate, Father's adhaar card .
