Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus for my course was designed in such a way that a student fulfills the current market need. Teacher are good in their respective fields. We have separate IBM collaborated course for computer science students.Mr. Rachit was one of the best teacher we had in our university he deals with Digital Electronics subject.He had vast experience in Electronics.
Placement Experience
Till now 5645 students have been placed in reputed company's.Many big IT giant such as Microsoft, Goldman sach,Amazon,Infoysis,Cognizant,capgemini offer good profiles like software developer, Network engineer etc.
College Events
Technical events such as hackathons,Webinars on different technologies,guidance from various experts.Cultural festivals as India youth festival where many colleges and universities participate in huge number.Even our own festival called chandigarh university youth festival in which student participate and show case their skills.In 2019 we had a International youth festival where nearly 200 students from various countries participated.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I got 90% In my board they gave 50% scolrship. One can get scolrship on jee score too. They also have loan facilities.
Campus Life
The campus is fully wi-fi.Even our hostel have wifi facilities for 24 hours.Each department has it's own library and we have central library where we can find books for every subject.Labs are upto the mark.Every department has it's own labs.
Hostel Facilities
I opted for hostel and my hostel was not in campus. It was 12 km from campus. They provided bus for us for free. The room in my hostel are good. Two students in each room along with attach bathroom.Where as in campus hostel 4/5 students in each room and they have to share bathroom along with other room students. But we have to pay 10k more than the students living in the campus. There is problem with food but it is good in campus hostel.
