Remarks

chandigrah university has best placements record in north. It has NAAC A+ grade. They provide good industry exposure. students to teacher ratio is good.ragging free campus. Security plays important role while opting college and university. Many bollywood stars visit this university gets a chance to watch them live while performing.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course offered to me in my first year was - C language, soft skills, applied physics, digital electronics, maths(integral and differentiial ). in second semester c++ language, soft skills, maths(statistics). The faculties in chandigarh university are well experienced and the support the student to get their doubt cleared.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

As i mentioned earlier placement at chandigarh university are at its peak. So no issue with placements. But it also depends on student how he/she performs in academics. Many companys offer good packages. Google and amazon are the one who always offer more than 30lpa.

College Events

Every year we have chandigarh university youth festival where students from various colleges come and participates. Its a great entertainment for us. We nearly have 7 stage for student to perform. so no chance of getting boared.

Campus Life

We have nearly 18 blocks for every department. i am in block 2 because it is for computer science engineering. every block have wifi facility. They have washrooms on every floor. Each floor have 2 to 3 labs along with lecture halls and guest room.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
