Remarks

i choose these college my interest was in technology and as i am from punjab so my first choice was top collge but i didnt get admission in that at last i got here. if we work hard then we get good placement from here.

Course Curriculum Overview

course well updated content and academics are also average. The professors are experienced and helpful. The course might not be that much relevant but overall it is good and enough to provide placements. There 2 industrial training so students can hope to get industry ready. and overall 4 projects so overall you will get a lot of opportunities to interact with the industries and the relavent technologies.

Placement Experience

placement statics are not good around 40% students were placed, the highest salary offered was 2.8 Lacs and the lowest was 1.2 Lacs. The companies were zapbuild, lenstrack, sachtect etc. The roles were like software engineer, web developer, full stack developer. Around 30% student got internship from my course

College Events

2.5

campus is average no so good. events are also done but not so excitement in that And all sort of sports and cultural activities are performed. You get to participate University level sports competitions and in the University youth festival. You can join several societies and learn a lot and embrace new skills. The college provide you opportunity to enhance your leadership qualities, to let your stage fear go of and several opportunity to interact with The crowd.

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
