REMARKS
College management is fine. It can manage around 5000-7000 students very well. College has security guards everywhere in the campus for the security of students. It's a completely anti rag campus and has some strict rules and regulation. Amity is a research oriented university Overall amity group is quite decent.
ENTRANCE PREVIEW
I took admisson in the amity university Gurgaon almost 3 months ago. Currently I am pursuing M.Tech in construction management which is one of the specialisation of civil engineering. As civil engineers are in great demand right now. That's why I decided to pursue higher studies in it. Amity is the correct choice made by me. Amity conducts its own written test + interview + Group discussion for admission in any program. Although written was normal and not so hard, but I enjoyed the p.I and g.D round, which are very essential for a overall personality development of a person. The faculty is very good and educated and placement opportunities are manyfor deserving students.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Fee structure is okay as compared to facilities and infrastructure offered by it. Mba fee structure is quite high i.e 6 lakhs for 2 years but it also offer tremendous opportunities for students. M.tech fee structure is around 2.4 lakhs for 2 years. Amity offers very good infrastructure for classes, labs and other important things. Full ac and WiFi campus is there with lots of Greenery.
PLACEMENT WING
Placement is very good. Those who are eligible are mostly placed in amity in good reputed firms. Salary package is different in different courses. It provide full intellectual support for placements. Companies regularly visit the campus. Inter college placement is also there. Many students are placed through joint campus drive at amity noida.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
Hostel facilities are good. Lifts ac WiFi all is there in hostel There are more than 5-6 towers for hostlers with a capacity of more than 5000 students There are more than 5 canteens within the campus. And 10 food spots are there outside the campus. Quality of food and variations are extremely good.
ALUMNI
Alumni network is very strong and guide the students very often on its website. I also got help from my friend who has completed his b.tech from amity Gurgaon in cse. I found it useful .
FACULTY
Faculty is very interactive and well qualified. All the faculty have done masters in their relative subjects, many are pursuing Ph.D Research level is quite good with 100% support of faculty members. Hod's are highy qualified with rich experience in their fields.
CAMPUS LIFE
There is an amazing atmosphere in amity. Lots of girls and boys are there those belonging to very good and rich family. Campus life is awesome One can study very well and enjoy also. Amity is a great platform for those who want to excel in their field by developing overall personality in terms of education, body language, confidence, leadership skills etc.
EXAM STRUCTURE
Exams pattern is also good.Amity follows cgpa score.If u score 6.0 score out of 10.0 then u are eligible for placements only. It conducts exam like Sessionals and end term exams plus viva, presentations, class test and group discussion etc. Overall development is there in amity university
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Course structure is very Innovative and Industry oriented with little freedom for students in choosing their electives. It's quite interesting. Amity focusses on various aspects like theoretical, practical aspects. Coarse structure is design for every student with ease of flexibility.
INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
No. College does not provide any internships but it offers technical assistance for training in various Industries.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Events are regular at amity campus. It can be technical and innovative events which is mostly for technical students. Art, music, yoga, sports, Tech buzz, literature clubs are there in amity. One can join these clubs free of cost and can take part in various activities free of cost.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Yes amity offers loan facilities to students who need it. It has tie ups with leading banks of India . one can also check it on site. www.Amity.edu It also offers scholarship to students on the various basis like % score in class 12th , graduation etc. I got scholarship in m.tech of 50% on my whole fees bcoz I scored 90% in class 12 and 76% in graduation.
