Remarks
Because this is the only private university in punjab. They provide best facilities and cleaningness to their students and the best part is that they the fee structure is not so high as comparising to other university like Symboisis university, Pune. The student came from from outside India which is the great factor for the university and the first univerity in India to hold the Limca Book of Records for having the highest number of companies during campus placements in 2017. I opted BALLB course in this university because as comparising to other Law colleges in India they had a very high fee structure for the same course and facilities and chandigarh university provide the same facilities in the affordable structure And the placement rates is very high they ensure that every student get their placement and has a secure future.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course syllabus is well updated I didn't face any problem regarding the burden of the syllabus . The university provide many opportunites to take part in alot of workshops, Seminar , Moot courts, MUNs etc. For me the best faculty member is Advovate Kiran chuchan she taught us Law of Torts and Legal Research Methodology
Internships Opportunities
As I am a 2nd year students so right now I didn't go for any intership.
Placement Experience
In every month around 10 companies visited to campus like Microsoft and the fixed criteria based upon the acadmic qualification get a chance for placement and the has to passed certains steps like A written exam, Interview etc.
College Events
For the enjoyment of the student they always try to provide a singers night like tashan nights within 2 or 3 months. The university conduct every year a Cultural Managment Festival known as CU Fest , Punjab State Youth Festival and 1st AIU International Youth Festival (IYF 2019). Everyone get a chance to particate in every different Activity like dance, drama and get a certificate for participation or for they rank holder.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university provide different types of quota like for Army Childs, Navy Childs, Sports quota and the scholarships which is based on 12th grades Like the student who opted marks 95% or above will get a full scholarship.
Campus Life
The university provide every sports facilities for all sports like Scates, Football. The size of library is enough for 45-50 or more student and every department has their own library. They provide 24/7 wifi connections and in hostels too.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms is 4 sharing rooms And there is no problem to get the hostel or less hostel seats but in any case the student is not able to get the hostel seat they can go for a flat or a PG like Omega complex which is 5 or 6 km far from the university.
