It provided good placements. A lot of people have made their mark through this university to big companies. Along with core subjects, it also provides specialization courses too, which really are up to date and have high demands in the market. The campus is really vast and filled with diversity. The infrastructure and hostels are really good. All the side facilities are also available. Also it is ranked as india's fastest growing University. And it has also topped the university on North India with the highest no.of patents. The university is really good for engineering and MBA.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is really up to date. The course curriculum is always keep on changes in order to meet the skills requirements and demands in the Market. Various specialization courses are also available for the engineering branches for the students who have intrest in a particular field like iot, machine learning, arificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data etc.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities are really good. Many students have made a mark to big companies like delliote, microsoft, Google, vipro, Amazon etc. The highest salary package for engineering branch last year was 31.5 lakhs. There is a special placements cells which helps a lot in placements and the interview and placement training also starts when u come to third yearof college.
College Events
The campus life is really enjoyful. There are lots of events happening always. Cufest is the major event of CU. It is a 2 day event in which there are various competitions and activities at various places in cu. The dj nights are regular in the campus. Also for hostels there are seperate dj nights. Various big celebrities and artists come in the campus regularly on various events.
Fees and Financial Aid
I got the 20% scholarship for above 80% in 12th. My total semester fees was 80000. Out of which I just had to pay 64000. Various other scholarships are also available for army personals it is 10%. For national and state players in a particular sport there are other scholarships available.
Campus Life
The campus infrastructure is really big and vast. The buildings range from 7-9 floors. There is a lot of greenery around and cleanliness is high. The campus also have a big park which have a big fountain in the middle, which look really beautiful. All around it there are various canteens and snack shops. Domino's also has been recently started in the campus. The dishes and meals in the campus are really tasty.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are really good and worth everything. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The mess is also good. Although the food is not so good sometimes, but some days it is really good. The beaty parlour is also there in the hostel and one can go there anyday within the timings. The hostel timings are btw 6am- 7:30pm. The laundry service is also available for the once who want to take it. There is also a tv room and a study room available 24*7.
