Remarks

I heard about its academic structure and it's quite good.Besides,the college has excellent faculties who can make the teaching learning process quite easy and interesting.The college provides 10 hostels in its campus for both boys and girls.The college provides a very good environment for the students to carry out their academics as well as their growth in every aspect.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's quite good.The faculties are very friendly to the students and students can approach them for any issues regarding their academics at any time.Teachers are always ready to help them out.For industrial knowledge students are taken to some nearby industries every year so that they can relate to the things that were taught in class.Basically it helps students to gather practical knowledge about the things taught in class.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 1800 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

For some courses placement rate is considerably good and for some other courses it is quite low. It has a good alumni association which tries for the improvement for the college not only in case of placement but in every aspects.

College Events

The college provides 10 hostels in its campus and the hostel life has a very significant role in a student's life.Besides the college has various clubs for different activities which gives students a chance to explore their field of interest.

A chapter of growth, my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

See I had the passion for civil since my 10th std. I am really happy about my course . Because there are many job opportunities in govt sector in Assam. I like the teachers of my dept but some are not that friendly . Maybe it depends upon their mood sometimes I don't know really . The civil course is practical it's enjoyable. I would have liked it more if it would had more placement opportunities on campus . Otherwise it's fine

The placement is quite good in my college. In 7 th semester the placements start and the package goes from 16lpa to 2 cr . About 75 percent student who applied got placed . I want to work in a software firm.

College placement in our college is pretty good .one can appear for placement from 7th semester. Average package in our college is around 4 to 5 lakhs. The maximum package ever to come from Assam Engineering College is 48 lakh

GOOD COLLEGE FOR GOOD PEOPLE

Placement Experience:

In the 4th year, 2nd sem students become eligible for campus interviews and placements. Some big and some companies like Attra infotech and other small companies visited and made offers. This 8 lakh package is the highest. Maximum of 60% of students are getting placements. I am planed to work in tech Mahindra company as a junior engineer.

A journey worth sharing

Remarks:

The college facilitates good infrastructure with spacious libraries, laboratory and playing grounds. It also provides a good faculty with years of experience and degree holders from different universities.

Remarks:

The main negative thing is the college is far away from Guwahati city and the transportation service is not good and the university is also situated on the top of hill , so climbing every day mountain is so painful for legs.

Remarks:

Its a good college. I feel lucky to read on this college. They faculty, the facilities is nice. The environment of the college is very good for education. The management cell of the college is also do grat jobs. But the main problem I have found is placement. According to the other colleges the placement of this college is not so good. If the college can give more placement then it will become a great college. Overall its a great college full of knowledge.
