Entrance Preview

Although i have given JEE exam after completing my 12th but to get admission in up colleges you have to give uptech exam which i have not given but that dose not make any difference as i have got my admission in this college on the basis of my 12th marks which was quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is quite good. firstly i was not expecting this commendable approach from the staff members from a up college but when i have seen it through my own naked eyes that they actually do work on the students and actually teach them good, i was very surprised.

Internships Opportunities

Yes this is the one field of my college that i am proud of because there are n number of companies which comes to our college every year to take the students from our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes NIET do provide the scholarship for the person who is very good in studies and the students who is not capable of giving the fees or who is not financially good. Although i haven't availed any scholarship yet because i don't fit in any of the quality but there are lot many friends of mine who has actually got it.

Campus Life

2.5

Being an engineering college gender ratio is not that good. there are less no. of girls than boys in the college and there is hardly any girl in mechanical and civil department. The quality of students is not good. most of the students are from bihar and u.p so you can guess the quality of students. this is the one this which is not at all good about niet ie. crowd, it is the worse.

Faculty

As i have already written that almost all the faculty members are good. they are well educated and the good thing is they know how to tech students but as nothing is perfect there are always some teachers who are not favourites for all, as you go to 3rd and 4th year some of the teacher are not that well educated.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Reality of NIET plot 19

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always . Also there is no fest in NIET and the few small ones are boring and waste of time....Read More
