College hostel is closed due to some managemental issues. If it opens, it is very helpful for the students coming from far away from the college.

Polytechnic syllabus is a practical skill oriented program. 60% of the syllabus is practical session and 40% is theory session. Syllabus is prepared by the technical education kerala. This is the 3 year course. It's professional and skilled course. Students are much study about the professional part of the course. There are 6 semesters in 3 year. In second year, all students must visit a industry and make & submit the industrial visit report. It's a paper of that semester also in that semester, seminar is presented by the each students with a innovative ideas or experiments. In 6 th semester, a paper called project, all students must prepare and developed a innovative project based on the course that studied.

There are different of companies visited campus for placement process. Some of them are mahindra, TVS, GBox software company, soften technologies etc. Campus is conducted placement program for all final year students. Also a cell named placement cell is established in the college for enhanced the campus recruitment. They trained students for interview and other steps of recruitment.

College contains organization like IEDC, TECH cell, College Union, National Service Scheme, National Cadets cops etc. Under this so many programs are conducted in the college and outside also. College students union conducts Union Inauguration, Arts festival, Sports, College Day and other activities. IEDC conductes Tech fest, webnar, seminar, workshopes etc. IEDC improves the entrepreneur skill and technical skill of the students. NSS conducted blood banks, social service activities, recycling of electronic equipments etc. Trucking and other activities are conducted by the NCC.

Students in the lower community background (SE/SE), their didn't pay any type of fees.The education is free for that students.Merit based students pay the exam fee. Exam fee is 1000 per semester.When the annual is income is lower than 1 Lakh, then they didn't pay the fee other wise pay 1000 per semester. Management seat based students pay an donation amount 70000 rupees at the admission time.and also pay 2000 rupees for a fixed deposit. That amount is returned at course end.management seat students also pay 3000 rupees per year. All the payments are offline payments and payment through office only.There are 9 management seat for every course.

E-Grant scholarship is provided for the backward class community like SC/SE, OBC, OEC etc. This community students are eligible for scholarship. Fisherman scholarship is provided for fisherman based family students. The amount is 20000. Some other popular scholarship like APJ abdul kalam scholarship etc are provided by the college.

College life is awesome. There are 1200 students in our college. The 65% is boys in that. There are 6 course in our college. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Workshops and TechFest is conducted by the IEDC and TechCell in the college.seminars and workshops are conducted with excellent faculties. Students union also conducts cultural programs like Arts fest, college day, sports etc. Students union trained girls for driving under the womens club in the college. That is encourage women empowerment. College Election is conducted in the college. That is encouraged the democratic ideas and the political structure. That Selected union chairman is lead the students union activities.

College alumni's are so helpful for job recruitment and other purpose also. We have a good bond with that alumni. So they informed if any job vacancy. And also they advised for higher education possibilities and course value and job vacancy area. That is very helpful.

Apply online on the base of the SSLC result. After that, waiting for the merit allotment process. Check your name in that allotment list.suppose your name is not in that list, wait for next allotment time.Then take admission in that allotted college. Polytechnic lateral entry Admission is started yesterday.

There are 10 faculty in our course. Lectures are graduated in engineering. Head of the department is master in graduation. There are 3 lab demonstrates. Their qualification is diploma/ITI. Lectures are very good. Supportive. There are almost 50 year aged.
