UPTU is formerly known as AKTU now (Abdul Kalam Technical University) provides a number of technical courses and it is also one of the best University for persuing technical education and having almost 600+ colleges. Also they provide good opportunity for an individual to perform in academic and helps in developing career of an individual. This university is persuing exam in semester wise and we can get admission through uptu or aieee or jee exams and also we can get admission through direct management quota. This is the best University when it comes to technical education.

UPTU have more than 10+ courses including MBA B.TECH B.PHARMA MTECH etc. And they are having syllabus with 6 month semester wise and also they provides 3,4,5 years of courses. Apart from this they are good for academics as 50% of marks in the final report card is from internal assessment including sessional exams, practicals, attendance, assignments and rest of the 50% marks from semester examination. So through this we had a good chance to gain good percentage. Now coming to faculty so all the faculty hired are well trained and qualified with m.tech or PhD and are well experienced so that they are contributing towards the students development and career growth.

There is training and placement cell in our campus. The T&P cell nurtures industry university interaction, by organizing and coordinating frequent industrial visits, in-plant training and industrial projects. The fee structure is based on semester wise or yearly and it includes examination fee and results fee and all types of tution fees so we need not to pay anything beyond that except back exam fees and degree fees. So overall everything for fees is clear among all aspects. Also they provide scholarship under government schemes for obc and SC/ST backward castes students like around obc will be getting scholarship 30-50% of their fees and SC/ST around 50-80% so it's good for scholarship programs. The placement is good for the students having good performance throughout the session and they are getting placed in reputated MNC companies with great packages also they are having good placement record for back paper students also. For hostel facility you need to connect with the hostel department and accounts department. There you will get an year wise separate hostel accommodation. All you need to do is fill the hostel accommodation form and pay the fees in full and they will alot a room for you is shared basis or individual basis. Food is of good quality also they serve variety of dishes also they have a separate day for special meals all the meals are good and delicious apart from this they are frequently taking feedbacks with the food and quality and hostel mess to provide good service.

No, I have got the admission through direct quota but there is reservation for UPTU exams qualified students and also there is quota for up studens. There is good assistance for admission and counselling for all the college's affliated to uptu.
