Every year all the eligible students get placement opportunities. Major recruiters are TCS, Wipro. Accenture, Nestle, Ericsson, Amazon, and many more. The highest placement package at that time was 10 LPA in the Biotechnology department. Most of the students in the 2017 batch got placement from college. Nearly 80 -90% of students every year got their job through the placement cell of the department.

There is a GEMS society in the department which is runs and monitored by students with the guidance faculty member. The classroom is well cleaned and having every modern facility.

There is a very good hostel with a gym, cafeteria and other facilities. However, mess facility and food quality can be improved. The registration process, security, and rest other facility are excellent. You can get 2 rooms set as well as 3 room set accommodation depending on your need and budget.

Generally, students get admission based on their ranking on the UPSEE entrance examination. However, students who have not appeared in the entrance examination can approach for direct admission institute. Admission is based on your 12th marks as well as personal interaction.
