Remarks

The good thing about college is that it has experienced faculties. The bad thing about college is regarding attendance issue. The admission process is very smooth and it includes interviews and extempore. The college has a good reputation and it is also ranked 44th by NIRF. Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course since I wanted some management experience and since I was a fresher I needed work experience also. The faculties are very helpful in nature and the student ratio is almost 60:40 male: female. The teaching method of each and every faculty is very helpful and informative. The exams were taken the time and it is moderately difficult to pass the exam

The companies that visit for internship are Infosys, aavas financiers, Jio, AMUL. There are various roles offered by the companies which differ from companies to companies and the stipend also varies based on it and it lies between 0 to 40000

Placement Experience

While studying in the 4th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. Various companies visit the campus which includes Infosys, IDFC first bank, AMUL, etc. and the offer made by these companies ranges from 6-15 lakhs. 100% placement is provided by the college. After receiving the degree I would be doing the job

There are fees hike of almost 10% every year and the total cost of studying for 2 years including hostel charges is around 13 lakhs. The college provides 2 types of scholarships which are merit-based and merit cum means based

Campus Life

The annual fest of college is PR10 and it happens in the month of February and it is one of the best events since various famous celebrities are called. Various types of books are available in the library including academic and nonacademic. The amenities provided in the classroom is also the latest. Various sports and extracurricular activities are organized on campus. There are 26 clubs and committees which are run by students under the mentorship of faculty

Hostel Facilities

There are various types of rooms offered by the college which include basic room, room with greater facilities like AC and washroom. For mess, a food caterer is appointed so the quality of food is also great. Since this is a residential program, each and every student is required to register for a hostel.

The questions asked in the interview were related to general awareness, tell me about yourself and other questions were from my resume. The process includes interviews and extempore and other criteria for admission are work experience, graduation, and CAT score. I prepared for this round by myself with the help of Google

I did not like ahmedabad dranage system because of that we facing of water problem in rainy season

All the student are placed in a collage the placement percentage is 100% . more than 100+ companyes are come for placement soo that all the student are plced and get ther dream job for working proffesion . After summer internship program the company are start coming for a placement

A great start to my PGDM journey

Likes

I like the friendly and comfortable environment. Here you can interact with students and others
Faculty members are supportive They give us opportunities to interact and ask questions during sessions.
I like the campus and the activities conducted for students They give us opportunities to learn Outside regular classes

Dislikes

One thing that needs to be approved as waterlogging during rainy season because water gets collected around the campus and it gets difficult for the students to move around comfortably, specially for hostel students
Sometimes the schedule can get tiring back-to-back classes in sessions
I feel there should be more space for students in campus during breaks. They can go sit and learn their.

The curriculum is relevant to management and covers different areas that are useful for a PGDM student. It includes classroom learning along with practical activities. it is useful for understanding real world concepts. so far, I find the course structure Interesting and helpful

Great Learning Experience with good placement

The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. the campus environment is positive, with good infrastructure, industry exposure, regular guest lectures, and helpful placement assistance.

Placement Experience:

the college has a good placment cell and provides training through apititude tests, mock interview, and soft skill sessions. many reputed companies visit the campuse. Studensts become eligible for placement in the final, and the overall placement supporte is helpful for career growth.

Industry Oriented Learning at SBS

there is a faculty is very supportive and always ready to guide students academically
the curriculum is practical and includes case studies , presentations those help me developing real world business skill
placement cell also provides training and support for internship and final placements

Dislikes

college sports facilities are less also the monsoon season some we are face some of problems

The faculty members are helpful and explain the topics in a simple and practical way.

The academic schedule is sometimes very busy, which gives students less free time.
There are many assignments and presentations, which can become difficult to manage sometimes.
Some campus facilities can be improved further to make student life more comfortable.

the fee structure of the mba is very less compared to the other colleges
good classmates because people come from cmat and topppes only get admission
placements are good if you are satisfied with 6/7 lakhs a year

Dislikes

infrastructure of the campus is very poor
the faculties are average except one two, more from a teaching bg rather than corporate experience.
for me the average package is less, and some people also left by getting placed

Placement Experience:

good placements, avg is 6.5/7 ctc and in hand avg goes arounf 5 lpa, highest 17 lpa, lowest 4 lpa, median should be around 5 lpa, this is as per my batch(batch 23-25) it is similar in other batches and 80/90% students get placed easily if they are good and the placement cordinator also try to get the rest placed where the batch have achieves 100% almost every year. there are options after college if you dont get placement from college because it is core mba with subjects marketing finance and hr.

firstly we have to qualify CAT exam, minimum percentile accepted by Nirma university is 80 percentile in 2023.
