Students became eligible for final placement from the 4th term of their study that is starting in the 2nd year. By the mid of the 5th term almost all the students are placed by the Place comm of the college. Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Capgemini, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, HCL tech, Aditya Birla Group are prominent recruiters. 95+ Companies visited the campus and the Higest package offered was 12.5 LPA and the Average package was 9 LPA.100% of students are placed by the college.
Good Aspects of college and reason to select are as follow 1. Less Batch Strength 2. Good Alumni base 3. Good Return on Investment 4. 100% placement since last 25 glorious years 5. Near to my Home Town The admission process was quite smooth they followed the following parameters 1. Shortlisting on the basis of CAT Scores and students profiles 2. Selected students had to go for an Extempore of two minutes 3. Followed by personal interview 4. Final merit list was prepared to keep in mind the scores of Enterance Exams, Work Ex, Achievements and Extempore, and Personal Interview.
The placement scenario is pretty good. The highest package was 19.1 LPA. The median salary was 9 LPA. We had over 60+ recruiters the last time. It might cross the limit this year. Apart from the students who opt-out, nearly 95% batch is always placed. My plans currently are to pursue CFA along with MBA and after that to land a decent job.
The first time I learned about this was back in January 2020. I learned about it while surfing through pagalguy comment section. Talking about the bad aspects first, well the SIP has been affected due to COVID. But it happened all over the country. So technically can't blame the college for it. The good parts are a lot. You get a wonderful residential campus experience. The faculties are just the best. Even during online sessions, they make sure every doubt is dealt with. We have a hardworking team of placement committees. They make sure we have got placed. The admission process began with CAT entrance followed by interviews at various locations across India. Mine happened on 18th February 2020.
While studying in the 4th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. Various companies visit the campus which includes Infosys, IDFC first bank, AMUL, etc. and the offer made by these companies ranges from 6-15 lakhs. 100% placement is provided by the college. After receiving the degree I would be doing the job
The good thing about college is that it has experienced faculties. The bad thing about college is regarding attendance issue. The admission process is very smooth and it includes interviews and extempore. The college has a good reputation and it is also ranked 44th by NIRF. The website used while selecting college was collegedekho
From trimester 5 students become eligible for placement. Big names like KPMG, enter the campus and most roles are marketing oriented. The average package is 16 lakhs. All students get placed. To work with the manufacturing industry
The course encompasses a lot of practical aspects of learning. It is a bit tiresome to do a hybrid learning of practical and theoretical learning in a trimester pattern, The admission process is smooth and dates are never clashing The college offers an MBA HRM degree in the 80-90 percentile range CollegeDunia and MBA universe were referred for basic details
The final placements are quite average. The internships are very poor. The finance students are forced to apply for a sales profile that does not add any value to their skillset. Most of the companies which come for SIP do not even offer a stipend. Many students prefer to look for internships on their own. However, final placements are better. One can expect an average package of about 7.5 lakhs per annum.
The infrastructure of the college is very good, much better than other colleges of the same tier. The course curriculum is excellent and it covers both theoretical and practical aspects. However, the placements are average like any other tier 2 college. Admission Process- The CAT cutoff for eligibility is 80 percentile. After clearing the cut-off, the selected students have to appear for the 'Theme development round' which is like an extempore where the one-word topic is given and we were given 5 mins to speak on it followed by the personal interview. The reason to choose this college is the Return of Investment (ROI). The ROI of college is much better than the other colleges.
From mid to 4th trimester final placements begin. Summar placements begin in 2nd trimester. One offer per candidate policy is there. So once selected you can't sit for other companies visiting the campus. The package is quite decent. 95% of students get placed.
Only veg campus. Friendly staff during the process of admission. Buddy system was effective. Avg CTC was quite good. Nirma is into tier institutions list in many banks which was beneficial for an educational loan.
Companies start visiting at the start of 2nd year and placements are really good. As college is situated in Ahmedabad, lots of companies from Ahmedabad are hiring from our college. There are international placements as well. Most of the seniors are already placed.
The main reason for selecting this college is its a brand name. It was a good decision to join this college. I don't know much about college life because of the online classes. But the course curriculum is really good, and the teachers are supportive.
IMNU comes under second tier colleges list and it is a good college which can be considered in 85+ percentile range.
The college has many good things like event, Infrastructure, faculty and course structure but the issues are like high paper work, strict rules and high penalty for any small mistake overall the college is more on academic side with many opportunities.
