SJCC has shaped me into who I am today. The teachers here are extremely helpful and friendly. Along with the staff who are always there to cater to your needs. The college has its own basketball court, a playground, indoor games facilities, canteen, library, seminar and lecture halls.
The courses are very relevant and the college makes sure that the students are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in the world. They conduct various seminars with industry experts and providing an insight into the corporate world.
The college offers internship opportunities to students both corporate and social internships. This is mainly done so that students become familiar with how an organisation functions. The students learn a lot and the also helps them to make decisions regarding their careers.
More than 300 students are placed every year. The college makes sure that the students are equipped to meet the industry requirements. The companies that come for placements are Goldman Sachs, KPMG, JP Morgan Chase, EY, TCS, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Decathlon and many more
The fees are about 1,16,000. They also have scholarships available based on merit and sports which the students can avail themselves of. Apart from that they also provide assistance to students who struggle financially.
The social life is great at SJCC. From the teachers to the staff and the students, all of them are extremely friendly. If you have any doubts or need assistance they are always there to help. SJCC also organises various events that give a chance to the students to socialise and get to know people around the campus.
The questions asked related to the fields of business, economics, General knowledge and current affairs. My suggestion is to be in touch with the current affairs and be confident while speaking.
so the placement is really good and placement cell brings in many companies for the roles like financial analyst, business analyst, associate analyst, operation analyst companies like ey, Deloitte, wells Frago, Amazon, Paypal, zomato, jp morgan, Goldman Sachs, discover dollar, and so on around 70-80% of the batch get's placed CTC offered ranges from 3lakh -10lakh.
I was placed in a logistics company for a short time and I got that from our placement drive but can't go because the company was a bit far from where I stay. But the company was reputed and they were giving me a salary of Rs 30000.
I got my placement on my 5th sem. Many companies visited for our placement drive. I can't say the highest salary package offered but many of my friends got good placement. after my BBA course I want to work for the same compy I got place for more than 3 years and then I will do a startup with the experience I got from this company.
In the BBA course, students can sit for placements from the beginning of the 5th semester. Internship opportunities are also given during the 2nd year which can serve as the basis for future employment. For me, EY and goldman sachs came for internship opportunities. A total of 58 companies made offers last year. Avg - 3-4 lpa Highest- 15 lpa (Bain) Prominent companies- De shaw, KPMG, Walmart, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Bain, and many others. Percentage of students getting placement- not specified by the college but around 40-50% roughly. Many students don't opt for placements due to other interests. I am sitting for placements, so I would preferably like to get placed and work in the field of finance. Competition is very high, so hard work and dedication are required to get placed.
There have been only a few campus placement that has taken place. So I am not sure what I should say about that. I personally prefer to continue my studies after BBA. I might go for MBA after I complete my degree.
To be Frank this college is only for money,in this most of the words are in negtive way because after my 3 years of life I wasted my whole 3year without any improvement
Had lots of fun in this college. Great support from staff and management. Thanks to all my staff and friends for being so supportive. The college needs to improve its campus.
