JIIT Noida, B.Tech, Computer Science and Engineering

Reviewed on Apr 8, 2021(Enrolled 2020)

Remarks

I choose bcoz it's near to my native place And one of the best College in UP for CSE. All classrooms are Air-conditioned. Teachers are highly qualified and we'll maintain. Also, the administration is very helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE because I love Computer Science and I left all the below branches in IITs. And The Course curriculum of JIIT is well organised and completes the needs of all engineering students. The faculty members are well educated and polite and very helpful.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 2500000 per year

Placement Experience

Our seniors are placed in top companies with a max package of 45 lakhs per annum and an average package of 7.5lpa. We highly appreciate their efforts for such great achievements. I hope we break up the limit and make the college proud.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is like 2.5 lakhs per year and 75k for hostel accommodation which includes everything in itself I know it's quite high for a middle-class man but the loan facility can help them manage all financial problems.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is awesome. Here we can get everything on a daily basis and all the small things. We don't need to go out of the campus. And here all type of sports are available so we are much busy inside rather than outside.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostels are well maintained and we'll organise. The balcony feature I liked the most and the bed and study table adjustment is quite disturbing but can be managed easily. We can have many games with our friends inside a single room itself.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Interview Experience

4.5

No, I was selected on a merit basis. My percentage in 12 was 96% in PCM but originally the mode of admission is on JEE percentile basis but due to covid pandemic, they had to select on basis of board marks also.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Some Points about JIIT

choosing jiit over other private colleges seemed like a smart decision due to it's good average package in Delhi NCR. I applied to the northcap university in gurgaon and i was selected there but after talking to students there and looking at the average package of the college i chose jiit being it close to metro station also it is in a good location too. Main reason was fro choosing jiit was also that i didn't had good jee rank to get accepted in the good government colleges. i also got into ipu but again the placements stats influenced me alot...Read More
