JIIT Noida, B.Tech, Electronics & Communication Engineering

Reviewed on Apr 8, 2021(Enrolled 2020)

Remarks

Good college satisfied with the faculty. The curriculum is also very well designed. Seniors are quite experienced and knowledgeable which means they have been guided well by the college in their 1-2 year. Management of the Jaypee college is also very good very helpful online as far now. Queries are addressed through emails. Even in pandemic there are conducting online classes very smoothly. Regular test, quiz, lab evaluation tuts are well organised. Teachers even address doubts if any very effectively.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always wanted to choose Electronics Communication so Jaypee was a good option for that. Students teacher ratio is also very good. The faculty is well qualified and trained. The exam is organised by faculty at regular intervals of time.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 4 per year

Placement Experience

2.5

Idk from which year students are eligible for placement. The highest package is 42 lakhs not sure. The average package also not sure. Even I don’t know they help in placement drives or not 69%. I will do MBA after BTech.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I am in my first year it’s still a long way for us freshers but the fees structure is very affordable as compared to other private colleges. And as per placement records. Return of investment is good in comparison to fees.

Campus Life

3.5

There are lots of hubs successfully running by college seniors. Books reference materials are well provided by faculty members in pdf form. Sports and other college physical properties are still not accessible because we have never been to college due to Covid.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I applied to the northcap university in gurgaon and i was selected there but after talking to students there and looking at the average package of the college i chose jiit being it close to metro station also it is in a good location too. Main reason was fro choosing jiit was also that i didn't had good jee rank to get accepted in the good government colleges. i also got into ipu but again the placements stats influenced me alot...Read More
