Remarks

I choose this college because of its good placement record. Also, I received NSEC in my counselling. I also heard from my seniors that the faculty is very good so I took this college over others. It is also better than most of the colleges under the Techno India group. I also watch many YouTube video and my college was always in the top 5 colleges of West Bengal private colleges.

I choose this course because as I am already complete my Bachelor Degree from this college and the faculty are known to e for that I took admission to this college. And the qualification of the faculty is MCA background.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 188000 per year

Placement Experience

From the third semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited are Cognizant, Amazon, Infosys, Capgemini, Amdocs, Byju's, Bajaj, etc. The highest package is 10 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

As the course is based on a semester system so we have to pay our fees every 6 months. And the overall fees of a student has to be 188000 for MCA. As I complete my Bachelor Degree in Computer Application from this college I get Rs 5000 discount per semester this applicable for every other old student.

Campus Life

In the month of January every year, the campus organized a sports event where all types of sports tournament are held like cricket, football, Badminton etc. NSEC has a library where a large number of books are available, where students can borrow books for study and there is also a study room where students from all streams come and study there.

Interview Experience

As I have given WB JECA examination I didn't face any Group Discussion, Interview or Written Test for admission. If any students didn't give the entrance exam they have to face GD/PI or Written Test for admission.

If you are doing a 2-year course then you are eligible for campus placement in the 3rd sem as i MCA student. Companies come on a campus like Capgemini, continent, tcs, Infosys, IBM, etc. The highest package of placement this year was 12 lac per annum .85% got placement.

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
