Remarks

Well, I chose CU because It has a lot of opportunities for the students. The admission process is simple just visit CUCHD and apply there they will contact you in a day or two. Well If I talk seriously then I chose this college cause I have a few relatives there and one of them graduated last year with a great package from Microsoft. So I decided to work hard there and chose this college. Well if you wanna see reviews and blogs you can visit CUCHD there you will see the reviews and College Features/Facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Well, I'm doing BE from the CSE branch, and I chose this branch cause I liked programming and coding from std 8th so I decided to pursue this course and I found myself lucky that I have found a great teacher there who can guide me always. So for those who want to know the student: faculty ratio that is 30:1. Which is great and believe me it's now crowded. All the teachers are great and have a decent PhD degree in their respective field. There are two monthly exams and one end sem. A monthly exam is easy and subjective if you are giving paper offline and for online students, this paper is of MCQ. And question paper is easy if you studied. Otherwise, you all know the scene.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Well, you can opt for both off-campus and on-campus Internships. Most companies visit to give internships from 2nd year and 3rd year. There are a variety of internships with a stipend and without a stipend. I'll suggest that you should go with stipend internship programs. There are many companies that visit CU like- Google, Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, IBM, Accenture, Bosch, Tech Mahindra, And many other core companies. There is certain eligibility for Internships like you need to make one major Impressive Project and two to three small projects. Then your Academic results to see how hard working you really are, and then your interview to see how fluent you really are.

Placement Experience

4.5

In CU companies start visiting our college around 3rd year to be exact from 6th sem and If you have skills then you will definitely get a job. As CU claims there are more than 5000+ offers made by the companies and the total no. Of companies are around 600. And the highest placement for this year is 34 LPA and the average is 6-7 LPA. The total percentage of students placed is 95% for all the branches. And my plans after getting the degree is to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can so that I can start my business. PS- study hard, work hard.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well for my course that ie BE CSE the fees is 80k for each sem. And for other specialization courses in BE CSE like AI, IoT, AIML there is an additional 10k so the total is 90k for each sem for specialization courses students. Those who want a scholarship can easily get a scholarship just register yourself for CUCET it is an online exam for scholarships. You can get up to 100% of the scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Well, I'm writing this review from home now cause we all are suffering from Covid Hike. And I haven't visited college till now cause college is still closed. But there are many workshops and clubs that you can join from Home only. And one more thing their festivals are great as I heard from the seniors.

Hostel Facilities

4

As I have mentioned earlier that I never visited my college till now so I'm not sure about hostel life and meal quality. But I have heard from my seniors that hostel life is great and you should opt for a hostel if you wanna have fun with your studies. And they also said that Hostel mess provides a great meal and special meals during any festival.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
