Remarks

Admission criteria are on the basis of cgpet entrance exam but due to covid boards percentage are analyzed. Entrance exams are held in the month of 'may and there is a percentage criterion of 75%. I prefer this college because after nit Raipur it is the 2nd best college of Chhattisgarh and it is situated in the education hub i.e. in Bhilai. I didn't use any blog and forum for this college because I live in Bhilai so I know all details about the college but downloaded the brochure from collegedunia website.it is situated in Durg from this nearest railway station is Durg railway station which is 1.5 km from the college and nearest airport is in Raipur approx 52km from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

All b tech courses are best in this college but mechanical engineering is my interest so I have chosen it. student ratio is 120 students in each branch except the IT branch which is 60. All faculties are of PhD, doctorate, and master's degrees and were highly qualified. There is 2 CT before the end SEM exam and if you study very little but daily you will pass with great performance.

Course Fees: INR 76615 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

I am currently pursuing the degree so I can not tell about this but internship opportunities are given on campus and many projects are given according to the branch which students opt. But students can try for the off-campus on their own.

Campus Life

4.5

The annual fest of our college is OJAS which is the very best fest. There are many clubs in college like Vistas club Clicks club Quiz club Etc there are more than 10 clubs in the college and all clubs are run by college students only.

Interview Experience

3.5

There is a management quota for other admission processes and references may be used for it.2 weeks before you have to start to get good marks in college if you haven't studied during your whole semester.

And by comparing all the colleges like Shankara, Rungta etc I feel like BIT was best among them all as it has a great reputation, affordable fee structure, faculties are good, and placements are best among all of them. So I didn't applied for any other college other than BIT. The admission process was very simple and hassle-free. All kinds of exams are accepted like CAT,MAT,XAT etc but the number of addmission is limited to 200 students I think....Read More
