I Applied through AIEEE (all India entering entrance examination) and scored a rank of 32000 and applied for sastra university.

It was very much focused on research and development. There where two research centers especially for research. College conducted many intra and inter college activities in various field of technology. It also had many lab for students who were interested in robotics, embedded systems, application development labs too.

They provide very good internship opportunity for the skilled students. They also have tie ups with foreign universities. For that they use to give 1lakh stipend.

There were many top companies which came for the process on campus top companies like Google, Amazon, flip kart, snapdeal, freshdesk ect. The Maximus people were placed in Tcs. Around 1276 were placed in one single it company. The companies like ford and Hyundai come for the placement.

The were many events celebrated in the collage inter collage technical fest is daksh which is a club of all technical events intra collage fest are all are also conducted across of departments and cultural fest is kuruksastra which is very cool fest.

The tuition fee was around fourth thousand per semester and the extra charges like breakage due which was around 1000 and examination fee around 2000 were extra add on to the fee. So totally it use to cost 1.5 per year including all other mislenious charges.

They use to provide scholar ship for the student who had single parent they need not have to pay the collage tuition fee. Which is a very good policy. And there were many scholarship in which they use to give around 16 k for the first 4% and 8k for the next top 4%.

Campus life over there is pricy good there are lot of thing going in the college which will get very good social connect. Lots of events happen in every weekend. Gender equality is maintained and there is no racialism or religion based discrimination in the campus all people and students are united.

The hostel are parity outdated when compared to other collages of its range. Food was very bad i use to survive with curd rice for almost an year. There were 1,2,4,5 in one rooms and the costs are as follows 18,16,10 and 6 thousand per year. And the mess bill was around 3500 every month.

There is a very good alumni connect for the student to have interaction and during the placements all use the connects to get know about the placement drives.

There were three unit test out of best two ll be mark ll will be taken for the final grades. And one semester final exam. It was not hectic because there ll be very good time lab section were conducted every week they are very strict rules and regulation filled in the university.

There are very well qualified and they teach very good too. I use to like the way they interacted to students. They are very good at suggesting the students what to do and how to go forward when some one was struck in the some problems. Especially they use to help us in going to some technical events too.
