Remarks
I chose to attend this college, as it was providing us the new course on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Also I heard that it was number one in the list of private colleges in north India. The placements of this college is very good as the highest package was 35.5 LPA and average package is 6 LPA.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very good as it changes as the per the needs of the companies, so that the students stays up to date. I studied the subjects where research is ongoing, for example machine learning, soft computing, deep learning, natural language processing, digital image processing etc. The faculty members are also good and provide us good information on these research subjects. Each semester had 2MSTs, 1 lab MST, Final Practical Exams and End Semester exams with AMCAT exam.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, college provides internship opportunities from the 6th semester. Companies like Nokia, FICO and others big Multinational companies comes to provide internship with stipend from 25000 rupees to 50000 rupees.
Placement Experience
The placements are very good as the highest package from my college is 35.5 LPA and average is 6 LPA. 70-75 % of students get placed. Placements starts from 6th semester till 8th semester. Companies like Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, Nokia and many others big companies comes for placements. Around 250+ companies comes to our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The semester fees is 84000 rupees and the examination fees is 2000 rupees. Hostel fees depends on the size of room. We have to pay hostel fees once in a year. Scholarships are also provided on the basis of JEE mains score and 12th grades.
Campus Life
The life in campus is very enjoyable as it is very clean campus with advanced building, canteens, gardens, playgrounds, and advanced hostels. The campus is very big with proper security. There are also gyms, indoor games room, canteens in hostels.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are very good as it is very hygienic and clean. There are 3, 4, 5 seater rooms, and prices change as per that. 4 seater room costs 84000 rupees per year. Each hostel has its meal room to provide food for breakfast, lunch, snacks for evening and dinner whose price is included in hostel fees. For both lunch and dinner, roti and rice will be provide. Chicken and eggs are cooked once a week, with the option of paneer. Along with that there are gardens in the hostel, gyms, indoor games rooms, entertainment rooms.
