COLLEGES I APPLIED: I have applied for many collages in JOSAA and CSAB counselling which includes IITs, NITs, IIITs and many GFTIs. Some of my picks were IIIT Kota, NIT Srinagar, NIT Agartala and BIT Mesra. REASON FOR NOT ATTENDING: The Internship opportunities provided by IIIT Pune is better then all the above. It was a new institute so less crowd and more opportunities. Pune is better city. MY QUOTA: EWS ADMISSION CRITERIA: 75% in 12th board or top 20percentile in any equivalent exams. Must qualify JEE Mains. ADMISSION PROCESS: First Step: Qualify JEE Mains with decent percentile. Second Step: Apply for JOSAA or CSAB counselling. Third Step: As per your rank in JEE Mains , if you get selected then you will get a allocation letter. Fourth Step: Get verify all your documents at the Verification Centers provided by JOSAA. Fifth Step/ Final Step: You have to report to your allocated institute with all the necessary documents and again get them verify and pay all the fees.

MY COURSE: ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) REASON FOR OPTING: In the collage there is no big difference between the curriculum of CSE and ECE. ECE students are getting god jobs and internships in the IT or Computer Sector. FACULTY: Top from the director to lab assistants all are very supporting. Most of them have done PhDs and have brief knowledge about the subject and all the projects under them. RATIO: Teacher: Student= 1:35 QUALIFICATION OF FACULTY: Most of them have done PhDs and have brief knowledge about the subject. Everyone has their unique style of teaching. They focus on both theoretical and practical knowledge. EXAMS: We have three types of exams T1, T2 and End Semester having weightage 20, 20 and 60 respectively. Difficulty of exams are moderate and faculty sets the question on their own. Passing exams are neither easy nor difficult.

INTERNSHIPS: We have to complete an one month, a two month and a six month internship. All these have credits which is required to pass the semester. We have to do one month internship at end of second year and two month internships at end of third year. The six month internship can be completed either in 7th semester or 8th semester. STIPEND: Many companies come to college to offer internships. Internships are mostly paid. The one doing internships can get up to 90,000 per month. The stipend totally depends on the the company we are doing internships. NAME OF COMPANIES(OFFERS): Amazon(60k/month), H2O.AI (40k/month), Robert Bosch(15k/month), Nutanix(90k/month), ZS Associates(30k/month), UBS(40k/month), Service Now(30k/month), Accenture(30k/month), FinIQ(50k/month). If one is unable to get any internships so they can do any project equivalent to Internships in credits.

WHEN WE BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENTS: From the 5th semester we are eligible for training and internships offers. Many can covert their internships into pre placement offer. One can be directly eligible for placement from 7th semester. COMPANIES VISITED(NO OFF OFFERS): Google(1), Nutanix(3), Gojek(3), Service Now(4), ZS Associates(5), Reliance Jio(2), Xebia(3), Finlq(6), O9 Solutions(9), Deloitte(4), National Instruments(3), Cimpress(2), TCS(1), MAQ Software(2). HIGHEST PACKAGE: 36 LPA AVERAGE PACKAGE: 12 LPA PLACEMENTS PERCENTAGE: 90% MY FUTURE PLANS: I want to do a job in IT sector with handsome salary.

Hostel Fee: 24,000/yr Sub Total: 2,48,500/yr There is no proper scholarship programme by the Institute to avail any kind of financial assistance. But one can avail some benefits through the various programmes runs by Govt(Both Centre and State) for a respective category of students. If one lies under the category can apply for the Scholarships and get the help.

We are not in our own campus but in a rented campus. Soon we will shift to our own established campus. So all the details below is of the present campus. PDFs of any books are also available. We can issue multiple books at a time. AMENITIES: The Campus is close to the city. We have almost all kinds of facilities available in the campus. We have a very clean and good mess where we have both veg and non-veg options. Pune is a very good city and weather is very pleasant. SPORTS: We have access to a good cricket field and football turf. We have a volleyball court and all required equipments. Table Tennis is available at every floors of hostel. OPTED FOR HOSTEL: I have taken the college hostel. Its very close to Academic Building. DETAILS OF HOSTEL: We get a room with attached washrooms. The rooms are quite big and spacy. There are 3 students in every room. We get our rooms and toilets regularly clean by the cleaning staff. We have 2 washing machines at each floor and everyone can use them. MESS: The mess charges are excluded in hostel fees. We have a very neat and healthy mess. The food quality is also good and check by Mess IN charge (one selected from us). Menu varies day to day and updated as per occasions. We have both options f veg and non-veg. Mess charge is 2,500 per month. REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR HOSTEL: We have to pay the fees at the time of admission and fill a general application form with our photo.
