The college should provide good campus placement there is absolutely no meaning of studying engineering in a college if that college is not capable of providing placements to the students the staffs should be very good in knowledge. It shouldn't be few staffs are good and others aren't. The teaching quality should meet a particular standard.

I got selected through JEE entrance exam,and got around Rank-8145, I have well known about Gandhi group of Institutions and it is also one of them. At that time my rank wasn't that good but yes definitely I wanted to join a good college so joined GIFT.

The course of study that our college chooses is brilliant.They focus on complete package a student can get. Except the branch knowledge few other subject should also maters a lot when we go out as a professional engineering graduate.So in case of this the college authority must choose the subjects such that it helps the student learn the most necessary stuffs.

During our time few companies came for internship and they took engineers on the basis of projects with a reason to provide them good practical work experience,work management,team work and also to check their knowledge.Companies like HCL,Zenga TV,Collabera,

I am very much disappointed with the placement of my college,they didn't bring a single good company during our time. Even if they managed to bring few companies but those were either start-up or consulting. The job opportunity was very less.They should have a good placement department with highly experienced professionals who really have good contacts with the HRs.

Our college organizes many events.Annual function which is very common.It's a blast.Beside that,we have different houses in the first year where each houses comprises of students with different streams and in every Saturday evening one of the houses will organize some performances which can be any kind so it was great to watch. Our college also organizes Tech-fests and invites many other colleges to participate and show their talents. Good games were organized for them. We also had annual sports with all kind of sports part of that.

Our course fee:- 65,000-70,000, Hostel charges:-50,000-55,000, Bus service:-10,000-12,000, The first year course fee was bit more as it includes 18,000 for counselling. Placement:-10,000/-(only final year) Study tour:-4,000, college caution money:-5000, hostel caution money:-3000.

There was a scholarship from Government of our state,it wasn't from our college but our college cooperated really well with the students to achieve that.The name was CAFAS(e -Medhabruti). And for lower cast people there ere many other scholarship programme.

In the field of extracurricular activities our college was good initially they asked each individuals interests, hobbies and redirect them to those fields to grow their talent there were different types of indoor as well as outdoor games, musical classes, robotics, electronic classes in this session different years students meets different people with the help of common interests this really helps to fresh up our mind.

Our hostel were far better than other colleges I must say. The rooms are well constructed with attached rest rooms and marble flooring.Inside the room separate study tables and chairs were there.The mess food was like ups and downs.sometime it's good and some time it's the worst.

Our seniors are very much helpful not only now but during our engineering as well they are very mixing and always encourage us to feel free with them in any situation they are like brothers during any circumstances and always reach us in difficult times.

We had 8 semesters like other colleges.Inside one semester there use to have three internal exams. The total duration of one semester will be divided into three sections and in that three sections we divide the entire curriculum into three parts and give exams. Each subject in each internal will be of 30 marks and those will be counted during the semester paper.

According to your rank you need to fill the choice you want to read in. The order of colleges will be like best preference first up to the less preference. Once everyone fills their choices the seats will be allotted to everyone according to their choice if seats are available in that college.Then you will get a confirmation seat in a particular college then on a particular date the college administration will contact you regarding the admission date.

The faculties are highly qualified.On an average every faculty members had done M.Tech in different subjects.Teaching is a totally different quality I will say.Everyone can't be a good lecturer,it requires skill.Even if you are qualified enough but you should meet the level of every students understanding level so that you can become a good teacher.In every department 20% of the faculties are really nice in all the subjects of a particular department but rest of them are very specific to subject and they are good in that subject only.
