Remarks

I applied to many colleges like DTU, NSIT, TIET but I got admission to Bennett University because of my fewer marks in Jee Mains. There is no quota available here. The admission is based on first come first serve. There are no criteria for admission like minimum marks and age. The admission process was very easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course because I want to explore and learn new technologies like AI/ML. The faculty is very good. They help students in solving their doubts. The faculty here is very friendly. The faculties at Bennett university are from IIT's, NIT and different foreign universities. The teaching method was very good. The exams are held every 6 months.

Class Size: 440Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies that are visited for internship on our campus like TCS, Adobe, Amazon, Byjus. They offer around 1 lakh per month. There are many projects that are going on on our campus out of which many become successful.

Placement Experience

The students are eligible from the 7th semester for campus placements. Many companies are visited on our campus like TCS, here maps, Amazon, Adobe etc. The highest package offered by Microsoft is 44 LPA and the average package is 6.5 LPA. There are around 90% placed in these companies. I plan to become a software engineer in one of these companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees increase every year as per the guidelines. My tuition fees are around 350000 per year. The one who gets the highest marks will get a 100% scholarship and the rest of the students accordingly. There are many facilities for financial assistance. Many visit our campus.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is very good at Bennett University. Many fests take place here like techfest, euphoria, sports fest etc. Some many books and journals are available in the library. There are around 440 students in our class. The sports and extracurricular activities are highly appreciated here. Many social groups are here in our college and clubs also.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very good. There are beds, almirah and study table is given in rooms. There are 2 beds and 3 beds hostel room in our college. The food quality is very good and also the mess is very good. The registration process of the hostel was very smooth.

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Bennett University worth or not ???

Other colleges I applied for were -- VIT Velore, SRM University, Manipal University and sat for counseling too. The reason I didn't take admission in these colleges was mostly because of the distance from my home. I wanted a good college near my hometown and Bennett was the perfect candidate. It was close to my home city, provided the course I wanted to take and had a decent average package. The curriculum, fests, infrastructure and in general living conditions here at Bennett University are better than those at other colleges. But the placements and the education quality need improvement. The admission process is pretty simple: just register on the website, then fill out the form. After this, you have to come to the college to complete the registrations, that's it....Read More
