Remarks

Hello guys, the admission process is very simple in PSIT. You can take admission in PSIT by UPSEE or directly by giving a simple admission test conducted by PSIT. Admission criteria are as per AKTU guidelines. For admission by counseling, you just have to choose PSIT at the top and after getting college, you just have to go to PSIT for further process. Overall it a good college in Central UP.

Course Curriculum Overview

The first question is absolutely wrong. I choose this course because I had an interest in it. It totally depends on your interest. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10 for each department. All the faculty are highly qualified. To be a faculty in PSIT, you must have more than enough knowledge of your subject. Mid-term exam conducts as per the academic calendar and the difficulty level of the mid-term exam depends on your preparation.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 109000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I worked as an intern in any company. I worked in My Captain as an intern. The stipend is as per your sales. Currently, I am working in Legality Viability as a research intern. I complete my summer internship in hybrid and electric vehicles from VERZIO.

Placement Experience

From semester 5, your placement journey starts. The highest package is 29LPA and the average package is 3.5LPA. The eligibility for the placement is as per company criteria. I am preparing for government exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

The normal tuition fee of the college is 1,09,000. Being a fee waiver student I just had to pay only 51,220. You can also avail yourself of scholarships from college based on your academic performance. You can also submit your fees in two or more shifts if you are not financially strong.

Campus Life

Ignitia, Footprints are such a famous fest of PSIT. There is a huge central library in college where you can get any book or journal easily. There are many clubs for the interest of students like Gate club, sports club, design club, English club, etc.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is too good. The room has to be shared with two partners. There are both types of rooms either AC or Non-AC. The quality of mess food is too good and is healthy for students. The allocation of hostel rooms is based on first come first serve.

Hostel Fee: INR 74000 per year

Interview Experience

As I take admission to PSIT through counseling, I didn't face any such activities for admission. But for the preparation of placement, you have to face such activities many times. The college will support you to prepare for such activities.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

the only reason i choose this college was because i availed fee wavier and our financial condition was not so good back then. I failed to score good marks in JEE advanced or else i would've enrolled in some iit. The college does try to match its pace with tier 1 colleges but there's a lot more to be done. The college has direct as well as counselling based admission. Direct admission include a test and interview while counselling is done on the basis of competitive exam score...Read More
