Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very good. There are 8 semesters in one course. The level of difficulty of the semesters increases as the semesters. In the first semester there were basic subjects. But the next semesters contains the main course related subjects. There were also extra subjects for our knowledge purpose.
Internships Opportunities
They provide internship from the third party they send us the mails for internships in other companies the stipend was near about 10000.
Placement Experience
The overall percentage of placed atudends is near about 90% there are many companies that come for placments. Like, TCS, 315000, Amdocs, 450000, Nagaro, 400000, Capgemini, 315000, John Deere, 476000, Software AG, 550000, Black n Green , 550000, Clair volex, 400000.
College Events
There are many types of events that are celebrated: Jashan- It is a inter departmental cultural festival which is help every year in even semesters. All the departments get participate. There are many opportunity for students to participate. Youth Festival- It is a cultural festival between different colleges. Tech Fest- It is a technical festival held by the students of any department. There are many stalls in this festival related to new technology.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible there are two semesters in a year. 1st semester fees- 57800, 2nd semester fee - 42250, examination fee -2100 if a student is not able to pay this much of amount due to low income then there is a criteria by which a student can apply for a fee concession it is a very good help for those students who wants to study but not able because of money problem.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a scholarship to the students who have done there matric in Punjab government education board there is also scholarship to the low cast students like SC, OBC etc. The fee concession procedure is there for general category students.
Campus Life
The campus life was unforgettable there are many clubs like literature, dance,art club etc the extracurricular are getting displayed on the notice board. The students can take part in the clubs according to there talent it is a good place for students to enjoy.
Hostel Facilities
The old hostel rooms are not in that much good condition but the new hostel rooms are very airy and comfortable the new hostel buildings also have a lift facility. The food of mess is good but not as home the canteens are having lots of varieties every hostel contains one canteen.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are very friendly and helpful at the time of placement the seniors played a great role they guide us on how to prepare for the placements the alumni network of our college is good for getting updated.
Admission
It was online procurement. I filled the online admission form and then went for the counselling. The admission procedure was handled very systematically. It took us little time for admission process. Firstly they choose the students according to the rank. Firstly I got admission in ECE and then in manual counselling I got admission in CSE. The administration system was very good.
Faculty
The faculty members were very helpful. All the faculties had a knowledge of there respective subjects. They come on time in the classroom for attending the class. They told us thoroughly about the subject. Instead of subject they also gave us the knowledge about the placements and other life goals.
