I have applied to Chandigarh University and due to the pandemic not attending classroom classes. Yes, it is an entrance scholarship exam the admission criteria for the program is students must have 50% marks in PCM. It was a very good and nice response from the university in the admission process. No there was no counseling day.
Course Curriculum Overview
Because I am interested in computer science engineering. 5000 faculty-student ratio. Master's degree and Ph.D. in their respective subjects, the teaching pattern is very good the term exam held after six months. The difficulty was not at all in passing the exam.
Internships Opportunities
In the case where companies have the same median monthly stipend the company with the greater number of inter reviews receives a higher rank on amazon, google, Microsoft, Select the project you worked on recently and not one from several.
Placement Experience
As I am a second-year student so no placement company has an offered mean placement till now. As I have been informed in the past many multinational companies come to visit every year students' placements are required in the college 65% per sem.
Fees and Financial Aid
When in the beginning I joined my CSE engineering course in the first semester everything was going fine. After the first semester university started forcing their course's fee two months free tier to the start of the second semester.
Campus Life
As we know the whole world is facing a covid-19 pandemic which has locked down all college campus life. The education system has switched to online which is a very big challenge to students well all are paying the fees and giving online exams.
Hostel Facilities
Here at the Chandigarh University, the hostel facility was much better than our expectations. We have been providing A/C rooms with very fine food delivery. The average four-setter room costs 96000 RS annually provided with very good furniture. The security system hostel buildings are well maintained and are run in a very disciplined manner.
