instead of this college, i have applied for Indian institute of technology but i am unable to qualify,no i didn't the minimum percentage for admission is 85% and i have got 81% so iam not able to qualify the required is 18 and i am 20. In this college,i have submitted my marksheet and my qualification certificates.

Course Curriculum Overview

i have choose this course i.e.(b.tech) beacause i want to became an engineer this is my childhood dream. there are very good faculty members in this college and the students ratio is average and faculties are very wall qualified and ready to answer every questio that we ask and very advanced teaching method.exam are conduted two times in a year and veey difficult to crack them(state level)

there is not much fees hike in this college like other colleges and average cost to study per annum i have got post matric scolarship because i have got very good marks and have got i job in mechanical but i refused this job because the annual package was not much

name of annual fest is--abhivyakti and tech fest--techinvent held in october 2019 there is very good availability of books in this college as there are big libraries my classroom is very big veey good facilities like lighting,ac,digital board and alll other things sports activites like running,gymming,swimming,wrestling, etc there is one social media group in which all school members and students joins-- chandigarh university group

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. I got a call that you can come to university and attend classes. The admission process of too simple so I never taught of choosing other college at that time....Read More
