Remarks

I applied to several colleges in Pune but was not selected due to fewer marks in MHT CET. I had applied for the OBC quota from the CAP round. Three CAP round was held and I got selected in the second CAP round. The minimum age is required is 16 years. I have 42 percentile in CET which is enough to be placed in engineering college. As you got selected in college you need to go to college along with all the documents and CAP Id certificate for the addmission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I took Computer science as a vocational subject in 12th. So I know basic about CS and I like to do Engineering In Computer Science so I selected Computer Engineering. All the staff experienced and have the knowledge about their respective subject. All classrooms have AC, Projector, and a blackboard. Practicals are taught on projector.Exams are based on semester patterns. In one year there was 2-semester exams were held. 1st year of engineering is difficult to pass than other years.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 62000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Hashstar Online servies pvt limited offers me the intership for 3 months in 3rd semester with 1000 per month. I made project based on Andoid . I made a calculator app and a Login app with authentication.

Placement Experience

From the 8th semester, students become eligible for campus placement.TSC, Infosys ,Tata ,hashstar, etc company visited and made plenty of offer. I think 40 percent of total students get placed. I also want campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I am an OBC student so I need to pay 60 thousand per year. I have applied for Free ship for OBC students which are organized by MAHA DBT. In this Scholarship Government pays 50% of the college fee and students have to pay the remaining 50% of the fee. I am currently studying in college but I know my colleagues have good placements.

Campus Life

3.5

The college has a lab from where all students get subject reference books. enjoy is the annual function which is organized by the college. In that, all the Technical rounds, sports, various days are arranged. Inspiring Japan is one of the social events I attend at the last EnggJoy Festival.

Other Applied Colleges

All India Shree Shivaji Memorial college Pune | `BE computer science

Not selected due to less marks

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

My review to my college

I am a student from Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management in Bandera. To secure admission to our college, two engineering entrance exams, MHT CET and JEE Mains, are mandatory. MHT CET has a moderate to hard difficulty level, while JEE Mains is notably challenging. After the exams, the admission process involves the CAP round, where you submit your preferred college list. If your score meets the college cutoff, you secure admission. Following this, a visit to the college campus is required for the admission process to proceed further. Our college provides various reservation benefits, and students can avail themselves of Maharashtra government scholarships. Overall, the admission process is comprehensive, with both entrance exams playing a crucial role, and the CAP round ensuring fairness in college allocation. In terms of improvement, better communication channels and simplified administrative procedures could enhance the overall admission experience....Read More
