Entrance Preview

I took GMET exam which is an entrance exam for MBA and i scored overall 13th rank. I opted this college for it's reputed goodwill. Also, GNDU is recognized by NAAC and has glorious history of 42 years.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The subjects are overall distributed through 4 semesters that covers all the basic areas of management. Subjects like capital market, human resource management, marketing etc are covered widely to equip students with theoretical and practical knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

The students are to undergo a summer internship for 6 weeks after they complete their 2 semesters. Students can join companies where ever hey find it suitable to work. The students are paid stipend according to their capacities and working potential.

Placement Experience

3.5

Our college does have a placement cell which takes care of the companies that come to select students. Highly reputed companies like Decathalon, Trident etc and banks like HDFC and ICICI banks do visit every year and select students for UG and PG courses depending upon the capabilities of the fresh talent.

College Events

4.5

Events are held quite often. college is never a boredom which consists only of books books and books. Cultural fests, fusions, talent hunts and so many other activities are organised by the college to rejuvenate the students so that they get a homely feeling.

Fees and Financial Aid

As mentioned above, college do offers scholarships for students who are financially not much string or who are in need.

Campus Life

4

Our campus is not much spacious as it has been recently formed. But, the development it has done in such small time is commendable. Very rare institutions can do well in such period. Sports activities are actively done like cricket, badminton etc. certain funds are created for sports.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college is working on maintaining alumni network where they can have a regular connection with the passed out students. Seniors are no less than any blessing. They are always available whenever one needs them.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is pretty flexible. every semester is divided into 2 minors of 20 marks each, 1 quiz of 10 marks and majors of 50 marks each. Exams are uniformly held without any pressure on students. everyone appears for exam with a chilled out mood without feeling any burden on them.

Remarks:

I completed my BBA from CU and really liked this university because of it's amazing infrastructure and the kind of high level education and practical skills they were providing. It was already decided that I wanted to pursue an MBA program in the long run. I took CAT and was able to score as per CU criteria and I was an alumni of this college only so I was given preference, although the admission was done on merit basis. I also had to pay INR 1000 as the application fee while applying through the official website of the university.

I did my masters from Punjab Institute of Management and Technology and the level of education I got from the college was impeccable. It made me capable enough to successfully start and run and expand my business. I would definitely recommend my college for the sole reason of its precious academics and the supportive faculty. Though the campus life and extracurricular activities are also refreshing and memorable.

I think that our college is good an average. The fees are a bit expensive but feasible and they refund me the concession money for the semester and the hostel fees. I had fun with my friends and classmates too.
