Remarks

I was allotted seat in this college in the 2nd round of counselling. I was happy to get the seat because I wanted to study in an environment which was friendly and quality of education is better along with high placement ratio. The admission process includes registration then filling JEE counselling form with choice preference and do remember to lock them. After this, when the seat is allotted take the print out of provisional seat allocation and e-challan.While accepting seat chose freeze, slide or float for further process. If you accept the seat allotted to you then pay the seat acceptance fee through net-banking. Then report to the reporting center for document verification. After verification visit the college for further verification and admission fee. Documents (original and photocopies) required are provisional allotment letter, 10th, 12th marksheet and passing certificate, JEE main score card and admit card, Birth certificate, Domicile if required and 3 passport size photographs.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose Information Technology as my course for bachelor's because I had keen interest in software and how software helps improving technology. I wanted to learn more about the virtual world that works because of various programming codes running at the backend and also create them. In the first year we studied common subjects that included information from various fields of engineering like civil, mechanical, chemical computer and information technology. For the next three years i.e. from 2nd till 4th main subjects were taught along with their practical implementation like coding. Data Communication, data structure, artificial intelligence, design analysis and algorithms, cyber security, languages like C, C++, JAVA were some of the main subjects. In the third Industrial training was compulsory with minor project. Major project was included in the fourth year for final assessment. Faculties guided me whenever I got stuck and also helped me chose my major project topic.

Placement Experience:

I do not have much idea about this field. If I'm not wrong internships begin from 2nd to 3rd year itself, and placements from 4th year. The avergae package here is around 6 LPA, and the highest package offered is 56 LPA. That'll be all from side.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i have to talk about the curriculum then, overall its good. It covers all the aspect starting from very basics to the most advanced ones for both theory and practical. This course including the teachers prepares us (students) very well to face the real world applications or further academic pursuits. They emphasise more on practical based teaching then theory. If i have to give an example then its 3:7 ratio for a topic. Where 3 theory sessions and 7 practical sessions.
