I also applied for doon business school but I didn't like the campus of the school and extracurricular activities were also limited. Admission criteria was very easy as I was a student of DAV public school, so it was very easy for me to talk admission, but I think it is easy for any student to take admission in Dav Jalandhar University because they are very supportive. My admission process was simple first I thought of taking admission in my state, so I saw colleges in Dehradun like graphic era , doon University, etc but then my principal of DAV public school told me about DAV University, so I was impressed. I visited to Jalandhar to see University it was awesome. The faculty of the University is very supportive.

I belong to a commerce background without maths, so according to me BCom was best for me to do graduation, so I selected BCom The faculty was very supportive and there were 105 students in my class The faculty was well qualified and experienced, DAV always appoint the best faculty and teaching methods were the best I haven't seen such experienced teachers. Exams were conducted 2 times p.a. There was a semester system It was somehow easy to pass exams because of teachers clear doubt of each and every student.

Many companies like big bazaar, v mart,etc offered jobs to us under interns with stipends but I didn't take the offer because my goal was different. They give us many projects to clear out doubts like project fayol principles In this project, we had to go to firms with more than 20 workers and had to find that principles of fayol are being followed or not.

Fees were nominal according to other universities My fees for BCom were 113000 on paper and some extra charges for a year. I didn't know much about scholarships because it not available for my course. I completed my graduation from university so I didn't opt for financial assistance and campus jobs, stipends.

E fest 2018 was conducted on 1st April, was a very enjoyable fest. I really liked the facilities given. Books and journals were available in the library. some times it occurs when I didn't find a book I was searching in the library. The classroom was full of facilities 1 Smart classes 2 Neat and clean 3 Water facilities 4 wifi There was big ground for sport and extra curricular activities. There was many coach for every sports.
