Nehasri's Review On Siddhartha Academy Of Higher Education: SAHE University, Vijayawada

I had gone through AP EAMCET examination. Nearly 4 lakh students of different states write this examination. My rank is 4924. Well I am happy with it. I choose it as an option because it more practical and real life applications oriented rather than bookish and theoretical oriented. It gives all of its students a space of freedom and also freedom of interaction with the professor's at anytime.

It is pretty well. Our structure of course is mainly based on course outcomes. It does not teach us more, It does not teach us less. It teaches us as much we require, It gives us more space to have practical knowledge. But it does not concentrate much on research. But development of projects are encouraged.

Our college itself does not provide any type of internships but it encourages all of our students to do internships at various places and increase our practical knowledge.

This question is quite often asked by every one of them when knowing the profile of it. Many companies offer come and offer campus placements. Some of them are TCS it offers a package of about 3.5 lakhs per annum, Tech Mahindra it offers a package of about 3.2 lakhs per annum, Microsoft It takes a few people but it offers a package of almost 9.27 lakhs per annum.

There are many events celebrated in our college. When we enter in the first year of the college, Fresher,s party will be conducted by the 2nd year people. the second and the third year people will give the fresher's party an the farewell party to the first year and the fourth year people respectively. Where as the fourth year people take farewell party from third years.

The fee structure till last year the fees was about 69,000(approx), but from this year it has been increased to 90,000(approx). Even though it is such a big figure for middle class ,our college has the facility of fees reimbursement so that they just pay a very little amount of 6000-8000.

Yes many scholarships will be there t encourage the studious people and also for the financial support for the poor, There will be merit scholarships, reimbursements, on girl child scholarships, parent's low income scholarships etc.

Whereas coming to the hostel facilities there are not much so. Small rooms with common bathroom. but the mess food is good. But due to less hostel facilities our management is building a new block for the hostelers which is making the hostelers overwhelmed. For the sake of hostel the students have to pay about 7000-8000 per month and for food 3000-4000.

There are both assignment and sessionals which are held in a gap of two weeks which gives us gap to to study well. Even the syllabus for the exams is not very heavy. It will be like a course outcomes based type. Coming to labs also we have 3 labs in a weeks which makes us remain cool.

Some of the faculty are very interested to make us learn where as some other just fulfill their job. our Head Of the Departments are very friendly and very easily accessible to all the students, Our lab incharges help us very much in knowing more and more practical knowledge. Coming to their qualifications every professor and even every assistant professor have a minimum of M.Tech qualification.
