Internship opportunities

I've applied for a lot of colleges near to my place as moving out in pandemic isn't safe and all our well wishers have recommended CMR to be the best college in my locality. I've applied for various colleges such as Anurag University, Srinidhi, Geethanjali, Mallareddy Institutions and CMR group of institutions. I wasn't aiming for EAMCET but due to unavoidable conditions I've attempted EAMCET and I've secured a reasonable rank and have gone through all the steps to be followed for the process of counselling and admissions. I've selected CMR as my priority as it's a good engineering college and also autonomous where it was recommended by most of my well-wishers. I got into CMR Technical campus in my first round of counselling and have felt overwhelmed to be a part of CMR. We have received a warm welcome from the college and submitted the necessary details and certificates and enrolled me in it.

I've Opted for Computer science engineering with a specialisation in Artificial intelligence and machine learning which was introduced in the same year. It has a lot of demand and is a very knowledgeable coming course. Although it was a new course the faculty has been flawless in teaching us through online mode which is a very challenging task. The faculty has been very friendly and approachable to us. All the teachers are well graduated and experienced. As our academic year started few months apart from the actual time and we had very limited time to complete our syllabus before the next academic year begins. Even in this limited time period, the faculty has made sure we understood everything and have given multiple revisions and class tests to make sure we performed well in our final semester exams.

Our college has been providing various internships in many ways. It has provided us with an opportunity to attend many seminars from various companies telling the courses that are being offered and the things we will be able to learn from the internship and its advantages.

Our Campus strives to make sure every student gets placed at the earliest as possible. Our campus even offers training programs from the first semester itself. Many companies such as Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, etc visit our campus for placements and most of the students make it to get placed.

I've got my admission through EAMCET and the fees are pretty reasonable for common middle class families for an institution that has great facilities and faculty with a classroom and surroundings that every student seeks. As I'm from the conveyor quota my tuition fees are 80,000 per annum and 27,000/- transportation fee and few other casualties. It also provides scholarships for students with income certificates.

Although we are having virtual classes due to the pandemic. CMR Technical campus has conducted various competitions such as debates, traditional dress events, Rangoli, Online quizzes, interactive clubs and many more programs where the freshers got an opportunity to know the college in a better way where we've interacted with our seniors and faculty.
