The admission process in Chandigarh University is easy you have to fill CUCET Paper and depending on marks on paper you will get admission and you will get a scholarship on basis of the CUCET Paper too. Qualification you need is 12th Pass and clear CUCET Paper.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum and faculty members are good and they help students personally and class is further divided into half and 25 students are given under 1 teacher. Most of the faculty have done PhD and have a good experience.
Internships Opportunities
Students from 4th and 3rd year eligible for internship and university help those students to clear their internship test. University provides proper support to students. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, etc. Come for an internship.
Placement Experience
Placement in CU is good. Students from the 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. Many companies like Deloitte, Microsoft, Goldman, Wipro, google, amazon, etc. Come for placements. The highest package is around 32 lac per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of universities is decent and universities also provide loans to students. The scholarship is on basis of 12th marks, CUCET Exam or JEE Mains. The average fee for 1 semester is 80,000 for general CSE in CU.
Campus Life
We were not able to go to uni due to covid 19 but we have heard from our seniors. The campus is very beautiful and has very good infrastructure. There are a lot of groups like Hackoverflow, IEEE, DSC handle by University students
Hostel Facilities
I haven't gone hostel yet but heard it is good and the meal is okay as other colleges and universities. Hostel fees are avg 1 lac for tear starting from 85k depending on hostel room capacity like it is 5/4/3/2.
