Remarks
I only applied for chandigarh university and got admission to it. and now I am attending the classes happily. No quota it was the direst procedure to apply for this college online and I did the same. Basic criteria that is 60% in 12th with PCM if going for b.tech program. The admission process was very friendly it didn't bother me that much and got admission here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Being a software developer was my dream since childhood. It's very important for me and thats why I went for this. Student to teacher ratio is normal like it should be. each section has 70 students for theory classes and 1 teacher for them. each section is divided in half for practical classes. Teachers' methodology is good and very easy to understand. six months a semester and obviously if you study it's easy to crack the exam.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities we are getting in college and it is for all departments in b.tech from the 3rd year you can do the internship. I will get easier for you to grab a job in your final year if you have done some intern in your previous year and all the project along with your semester.
Placement Experience
7th to 8th semester you can get placed if satisfy the imp criteria. MNC, as well as startup companies, do visit. you will gat sufficient offers to grab amount them. 35 LPA is the highest package offerd for engineering department. 757 compannies offered 7500 jobs which is a better number. after getting degree, will get placed in a good mnc and move towards my dream.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is fixed for each program and there is a scholarship test CUCET in which scholarship is given according to the marks achieved in the CUCET exam. There is also a student loan department for the student unable to afford the fee which is very helpful. currently i am persuing my b.tech program and still to get a job.
Campus Life
Many fests are organized by different departments every semester, webinar workshop is also organized. there is a library on the campus. whichever u want to study u can read it there or can borrow it. The big ground is there. football, cricket, basketball court are there along with the study you will get the best sports experience. Campus life cant be described, it is so amazing you will just fall in love with the campus and the life that you will spend here.
Hostel Facilities
2, 3, 4, 5 seater rooms are there in the hostel in various price ranges each student gets a bed, chair stuty table, cupboard, and internet facilities. Meal quality is good you will get meal 4 times a day and each day meal is scheduled. For registration apply for it on official site only. I personally opted for hostel.
