From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement, Top companies visited in recent years are Tata Power, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Bentex, Yamaha, etc. The highest package offered is 5 lakh per annum and the average package is 3 lakh per annum. Around 80% students got placement here in our college, my plans after getting the diploma is to go for higher studies

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of college are 6000 per year, and you also get a scholarship in 1st year based on your 10th percentage, if you have more than 80% you will get 12,000 per year and if you have more than 70% you will get 8000, after 1st year of college you will get scholarship based on your first-year marks by the same process like 10 the class.

Campus Life

There is no annual fest happen in college during my time, once a small function conducted in college on the day of republic day only. The availability of books and journals in the library is at the top level, almost all books you will get in the library, there is a celebration of sports day every year in which several sports have been played and the winner will reward. There are no social groups and clubs run by any students.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering of Jamia Millia Islamia

Course Curriculum Overview:

So I chose this course because in today's world, practical knowledge is really helpful and the world is going to be electric. The faculty is very helpful. They are all highly qualified. They have done their PHD in related subjects. There are 60 students in every branch. So there are 2 semesters in a year and the exam type is moderate.

Remarks:

From academic point of view, this college is the best polytechnics college in Delhi. The college has many facilities including workshops, research lab, exhibition block, library and cafeteria. The only thing that I don't like about the college was lack of hostel facilities because and I am not from Delhi I have to live in a rented home which is costly for me.

Remarks:

They don't give admissions to girls now. Even though the college is Co-ed. Some teachers those who are on higher post and arrogant of their powers and also there's politics in the selection committee. Placement is Delhi's best.

I applied to several colleges like Ambedkar institute of technology, GTBIT college, and pusa polytechnic. Pusa and GTBIT confirmed their offers of admission to me. To be a eligible student you must have completed 10th grade with a minimum 50-55 %. The Board of technical education (BTE), Delhi conducts centralized counselling, which the institute follows, students apply via websites, provide their preferences, and seats are distributed based on the ranks and marks obtained by students in the Exam. overall the admission process went smoothly....Read More
