MIT Group of Institution Moradabad, B.Tech, Computer Science and Engineering

Reviewed on Jul 18, 2021(Enrolled 2015)

Remarks

It was within the same city and due to some personal reasons I opted for in city collegealso the colleges in Delhi Noida and NCR region are also affiliated to same University. Also to avoid extra expense of accommodation and travelling in NCR region.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose B.Tech ( Computer Science and Engineering) because I was interested in programming and due to my aspiration for becoming a Software Engineer. Faculties are good and know their subjects well. 3 Internal exams happen per semester out of which best 2 are calculated followed by 1 external exam.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 9 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

During our time there was no intership opportunities available but as per current times people can apply for internships via LinkedIn in companies. The projects are decided or given by the companies in which you apply for internship ,the college do not play any role in that.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible in 7th semester for placements, Companies like TCS, Wipro, Mahindra, Sopra Steria comes to hire students, 70 to 80% students gets placed based on their performance and knowledge

Fee Structure And Facilities

Scholarships are provided to the individuals who score good ranks in UPTU examThe cost to study is around 8-9 lakhs per person for 4 year for B.tech (CSE) I got placed in TCS off campus along with many of my colleagues, Wipro, Sopra Steria, Tech Mahindra, Optimus were also some of the companies which came for hiring up the graduates.

Campus Life

There is one techfest named Utkarsh which was held during our 1st year.Apart from that there are internal societies for different branches (CSSS for CS, MESS for Mechanical, EESS for Electrical etc) along with one generic society Hobbies Club which is open for all branches

Hostel Facilities

No idea not a hostelr

Admission

Basically I was selected on the basis of my rank in UPTU so didn't face and such rounds. But it may be possible for some people incase the seats are limited. So you must take care of below points1. An introduction about yourself and your aspirations and why you want to do this particular degree 2. Knowledge of your subjects PCM since these are core during your initial journey.

Does LL.M in integral University worthy

Likes

It is having nice infrastructure and other facilities for both the girls and boys students.
They are having girls common room in each building of the college.
The washroom facilities are very good and hygienic

Dislikes

The time tables are bit tiring and exhaustive
There are plenty of assignments and assessment test
There are many competitions held at a time so some times it becomes exhaustive

Placement Experience:

The placement facility is very good. University has it's own placement cell. Alumni and recent graduated students are eligible for the placements . As well as from second year students are eligible for the internship opportunities. Many companies come and select students from campus interview rounds. Many companies select students through online mode like Google meet. Students get regular notification mail and sms regarding job opportunities by the placement Cell as well as faculties also share job opportunities and internship opportunities in the college groups . So that students can apply who all are interested. Almost 95% students get campus placement during their last year or semester. The average package given to the student is 6-8 LPA and the highest package range about 24-25 LPA. My plans are to give competitive exams and doing PhD for further qualification.

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My geart government college

Likes

If I talk about my college that i appreciate is the best part of environment very much good and more than best other government colleges in mzn
Our campus life is okay okay!! Cause I'm not that part of campus life. So I don't enjoy that part of my college.
I truly talking about faculty's it is genuine with us . And teaching methods is best every teachers always the right time in the classroom.

Dislikes

No more provided placements in our college cause it is a government. But always support teachers for providing for career development.
It's a properly government college. So more more facilities in our college and campus life other students who studied about coursees.
I did completed Bachelors of commerce in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ok, if I talk about my course, I have done B.Com from there and B.Com is a very good level course. It means there is a degree in it and I had to prepare for government job and from the beginning I had taken commerce in 11th class, so I found B.Com very suitable for me and as far as exams are concerned, B.Com means good study. Our college used to teach us very well, so I had also taken tuitions together, so it was quite good. My experience means it did not seem so difficult. I found it very difficult, I used to get very good exams and I cleared it very well without any back.
