Remarks

It was good. It's pretty simple. You are given the choice of courses or branches offered by the college, you have to fill them in according to your preference order, and then according to your score and seat availability, the respective course is allotted to you.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yeah coming to the course i think it is very good. And for the faculty members, i want to say they are very helpful they always come to you if you need any kind of help whether it will from your course background or either it is from your personal things.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship oppurtunites are also provided by our college from the second year onwards internship oppurtunites come to every student. And in the internships, real-time projects are also assigned to every student so it really helps

Placement Experience

It is very good . MNCs companies like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT always come to our college for hiring students. Our college also awarded with best placement college in eastern Odisha . SO yeah it is good .

Fees and Financial Aid

yeah according to me the fee structure is very much low as compared to other colleges and in the low amount of fees they will provide many things like will also offer scholarships and good placement jobs

Campus Life

Coming to campus life it was very much fun. Every week there will be a movie in mega audi which is in our college campus only. and every year there will be techfest where we were enjoyed for 3 days.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are also pretty good. All hostels are in good manner. There is a different type of hostels are present like ac and non-ac. And if you want to stay with two people or three people you can decide and you can choose according to your preference.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

DRIEMS UNIVERSITY review after 5 year of frustrating experience legacy will be continued ????....

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

GIET AND IT'S INSIGHTS

I have not applied for any other colleges as I have left with no choice at the end for pursuing Btech and I have not scored good in JEE as I wasn't preparing for opting BTech. So for choosing private colleges in odisha I chose this because the place is remote and it is heard that the climate is very pleasant. The admission process starts at the month of May an amount of 20000 for seat reservation is taken which will be reduced from the final fees i.e. 2,39,000 when you come to the college admission that helds in the month of July inside the campus. The students and parents should come with the credentials required for the admission which are copies and originals of student's adhaar card, 10th and 12th marksheet, Migration certificate, Father's adhaar card .
