I chose this college because my colleagues told me about this college and advised me to take this college. I had inquired about this college and found that the college has good placements and gives good education.

It totally depends on you that you will like the course or not. In India, if you are pursuing engineering then you will get to know many things apart from study, which are not given in books. However this is a bad thing in India, that the courses which are running currently are very old and most Indian colleges and teachers are only talking about marks and theory.

Yes, the college provides internship such as cloud computing, Internet of things, 3d printing. These internships are of 12-15 days duration and are of free of cost. No stipend is given for these internships. These are more like trainings than internships. These trainings are good and it help you get the knowledge of an unique field apart from your subject.

The placements are one of the best in the Greater Noida and other NCR cities. There are only two colleges which can give competition to NIET, i.e., GL Bajaj & Galgotiyas in the region of Greater Noida. Last year around 800 students got placed. Such companies are Sahara computers, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL, Genpact, Headstrong, Polaris, Accenture, HCL, Hyundai, etc.

There are very less events that are celebrated in the campus. The college doesn't conduct more events/festivals. There are only some events which conducted every year such as sports fest, tech fest, cultural fest(not mandatory) and some quizes/games. Thats all. They all conduct in the small manner, but participation is always good and big.

The fee structure is feasible. Some colleges charge around 20k for security. NIET charge only 10k for security. Hostel fees are also less as compared to other colleges. Apart from this, there are no other extra charges that college applies. In case of direct admission, beware of brokers they will charge you more.

Yes, there are certain scholarships available for girls and financially weak students. To avail this, there are certain conditions such as the family annual income should be less than 2 lakh. You can also talk to the college administration if you want to pay the fees in instalments. They will allow you.

The campus life is good, you will have a great experience and learn new things. There are students who come from some parts of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and almost all districts of Uttar Pradesh. The extracurricular activities are not so huge, but you will enjoy in participating especially in robotics.

Yes, you can find some great seniors and alumni like me. They will help you in studies, projects, etc. You can take advice from them regarding your career.

The exam structure is average. No one loves exams. Each semester, there are 3 sessionals that happen and end semester university exam in the last. During sessionals, each classroom has around 60 students with 2-3 invigilators. Sessional don't leave you hectic. It would be better that you score good marks atleast in one of the sessionals in each semester.

The first year faculty is good. They take care of everything related to studies. They make sure that each student understands what they try to teach. As you go from 1st year to 2nd year and so on, the quality of faculty decreases. But it won't affect your performance. Once you have cleared your first year and understood the basics of your subject, the role of faculty is decreased.
